I have ordered from this taco bell countless times and have almost always had an issue with there. I wanted to wait on doing a review because I wanted to give them another chance, but tonight was the last straw. Back in i think Nov of last year, I placed an online order and when I arrived they told me they had no nacho cheese in the store and could not do my order, and then they marked the order as complete so I could not cancel to get a refund. I tried contacting tb corporate but they never got back to me. Then a recent incident in May, I ordered the old $5 cravings box, a Mexican Pizza, and chips and cheese. The box did not come in a box like it's supposed to (they never do that here whenever I ordered it) and they forgot the 5 layer burrito, my pizza had cheese all over the outside of the box, and my chips were just thrown into the bag and so all my chips were scattered throughout the bag they gave us. I will be including pictures of the bag. And our most recent visit, tonight, was absolutely horrible. I doordashed 2 dipping taco boxes, which I have a photo of the recipt for. The first one had a chicken chalupa instead of beef with no tomatoes, and sure enough they put tomatoes on it. My dipping tacos outside cheese was not scattered properly either. For my second box, everything was normal except for the dipping taco, which again the cheese was not placed properly and the 5 layer, it was significantly smaller than mine, and the only difference was that it wasn't supposed to have sour cream. I have a photo of the two burritos together. And for both boxes, you are supposed to get two dipping sauces and a cheese sauce cup for the chips and cheese, and we only got two sauce cups in each box. As a current employee at a different Taco Bell, I know what the standards are and how things are supposed to be, and it's so frustrating to see another store do everything so wrong. Especially time after time. Which also means it's most likely not just one employee and probably multiple, and that could be due to multiple reasons like not caring or poor training. I will be doing my best to never order from here again because food costs way too much for it to be messed up...
Read moreIn my life as a dog mom I dont think I have ever been so irritated as I was at a taco bell drive thru. I am coming home from the dog park in Mt Clemens and decided to stop to get some lunch. My dogs are in the back seat and the windows are down. As I stopped at the window to pay for my food the teller sees my dogs and makes a comment about them being my co-pilots. I laughed at the comment and paid for the food.
Then I hear her tell her coworker that, pointing at my one dog, "that is a doberman and that looks like a pitbull mix" as she pointed to the other. I told her "no, she is a boxer mix" and wouldn't you believe that this woman proceeded to argue with me and says "where is the boxer?" That's when I started getting irriated.
So then she hands me my food, I ordered a taco salad and she hands it to me tipped over btw so everything was falling out of the shell. She asks me if I'm giving any to my dogs. I told her no they have food at home. She says "what kind of dog mom are you?"
Since when is it ok for people to think they have the right to make the opinions they make?? So because I want to keep my dogs healthy and not 100 pounds from eating food they dont need makes me a bad dog mom??? I then told her "why don't you worry about yourself and I will worry about MY dogs."
It was not any of her business what I did with my dogs and I was blown away by how rude she was. I love Taco Bell but I may not return to this location just because of those comments. Never in my life have I had someone make such rude remarks...
Read moreMy family has ordered from this Taco Bell once before and they completely messed up our order. We ordered two of their twelve packs and at least six of our tacos were made incorrectly and two of them had remnants of the seal for their sour cream inside the taco. As a previous employee of a different location, I myself know how important Taco Bell’s standards are. Tonight my brother in law and my fiancé arrived at the location to get our replacement tacos. Dana was not present tonight and the employees there were highly disrespectful, cussing at their customers, and speaking ill where the customer can hear. I have worked in fast food multiple times. Their actions are unacceptable if I could leave no stars I would but I was unable to. This store has so many bad reviews it’s a wonder they are still in business. You do not treat customers so disrespectfully. I hope whoever is training them gets reprimanded and terminated for the lack of discipline this store has. My family and I will not be coming back...
