Brews & Blooms at The Yard Stop — Restaurant in Mount Dora

This place is a hidden gem and it certainly has so much potential! When we came in I was so shocked to see that there were very few customers. Their prices are so affordable, their coffee is some of the best I’ve had in a while, and their service was wonderful. I just wish there were more seating options. I would have loved to stay longer but there were only two tables. Many of the things they were selling were cute—after sitting a while and enjoying my coffee, I spotted some pressed flower bookmarks, little trinkets, and a tea steeper that I was very happy to buy. There was just so much crammed into such a small space. I think more sitting areas could have easily been in place of some of the overpriced “stuff.” I definitely recommend coming here, sitting down if there’s room, and taking a look at their plants! Picked up a couple of banana plants, and planted them about 6 months ago and the other day I walked by them and they have a full stalk of bananas on one of them. Got mangoes from here a couple of years ago and we enjoy plenty of mangoes each year. Prices are good and their plants and trees...

Cute place with good coffee!! I wouldn't have guessed there was a coffee shop here until I pulled up, and indeed the inside felt a bit more like garden shop than a coffee place. Regardless, the coffee was good and I found some cute items....
