Sadly disappointing, both the mess below AND honestly how it was finally 'fixed' as well.
I didn't leave only 1 star cause I took into consideration past visits where things were fine though this wasn't the first messed up dinner w/them. Still baffled how it occurred, but we ordered 4 of the Famous Mashed Potato Bowls online for pickup that somehow changed on their end to "minus the chicken", so arrived home w/everyone's dinner and not even one of them had any chicken.
4 orders of potatoes, gravy, corn, & cheese only, an order detail slip in the bag showing Minus Sliced Chicken. But my order verification & receipt confirmed no such request was made. Why do that & pay extra instead of just ordering sides? And how did the detail slip get edited to show the weird request since it should've been printed automatically from the online order w/no requests?
Bad weather kept me from returning so I tried calling them about it. But the 1st attempt was picked up & hung back up, then only a busy signal for well over an hour. Finally I contacted chat support on the website just to reach anyone. Had to do it twice, when After an hour long wait holding for a rep to come right back, I finally tired of waiting. Supposedly a glitch interrupted the chat, on their end only, though my end stayed active, so that I sat there an hour for nothing, & of course said glitch also deleted ALL my info so they were unable to reach back out to me to let me know they WEREN'T there anymore.
Thankfully, with no further computer glitches trying to mess up our night even more (1st supposedly at the store too change the order & again in chat leaving me holding for dead air basically) after what ended up being all in all over 4 hours of my time, & a dinner of only potatoes & corn, we were offered a voucher for the cost of the meal that would be mailed out to us sometime in the next 7-10 days.

Read moreI stopped by and ordered an 8 Piece Meal mixed (Extra Crispy and Grilled). I live in Altoona and got home and I was shorted a piece of chicken, got a drumette instead of a leg. So out of seven pieces of chicken 4 of those were wings, one thigh, one breast and the drumette. I mean seriously for $19.99?? When KFC first introduced the grilled chicken I was a huge fan and loved it as I try to be more health conscience and hardly eat fast food anymore. When I called this store, a girl answers the phone, "yeah." I'm like is this KFC? She says, "yeah." I ask to speak to the manger and she says, "speaking." I asked who her store manager was and she said, "Alonzo." If I was the store owner I would clean house because I will never go back to this KFC ever again.
