Where do I start?? I ordered online & received my confirmation email at exactly 2:30. I had scheduled my pickup time for 3:30. I arrived at maybe 3:34, & there was no one out front. I gave them a couple of minutes, then rang the bell. Still no one comes out, so I gave them another couple of minutes, & rang the bell again. Finally a young man comes from the back, but he told me he didn't see my order, & asked if I had placed the order at the other Domino's in Mt. Juliet, which I let him know I had not, that I had placed it there. The young man was able to pull my order up on his register, & asked if I still wanted my order, & I told him yes, so he proceeded to make it. After several more minutes, he told me he was out of Philly steak, which I had ordered on both pizzas, & asked what I would like for him to do, to which I replied for him to replace it with chicken on both pizzas. At that time, I asked about 2 pizzas & what I thought might be an order of bread bites that I saw on the rack next to the pizza oven, but he said it belonged to someone else. (I had ordered 2 large pizzas & some parmesan bread bites). At that point, it had been 40 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready, & he was still making the pizzas, so I mentioned a possible discount or refund. I had ordered one of the pizzas with no cheese as my daughter can't have dairy, & noticed that the thin crust pizza he was making had cheese on it, so I reminded him that it was without cheese, & he said he would remake it. (I had mentioned that when we were verifying my order previously). At some point, another worker had returned from a delivery, & I am guessing he was a manager. He asked (again) if I had ordered from the other location, but I told him I had not, as previously mentioned, & showed him my confirmation email that showed the address I ordered at, which was their address. The young guy then must have told this manager or whomever that I asked for a refund, so he calls me back to the counter & asked me if I did want a refund, so I proceeded to explain to him why I thought I needed a discount or refund, but before I could say more than a couple of words, he raised his voice, & yelled, "Do you want the refund or not?!" I said, "Are you getting smart with me??" Then, I told him that no, I didn't want anything at that point, & that me & the young guy were doing fine until he showed up, & for him to cancel my order, & I left. I have since contacted Domino's customer service via email TWICE, but have yet to hear from them at all, & it has been WEEKS since this happened. You don't treat any customer like that, but certainly not one that eats at Domino's as often as we do. I definitely will NOT go back. I would give negative stars, but that's not an option. We used to love Domino's for their pizza & customer service, but apparently they don't care about...

Multiple problems from this location. Called to confirm they deliver to my home, ordered online, then received a call 10 minutes later that they won't deliver to my address. Went to pick it up instead and one of the three pizzas was wrong (no toppings). When talking with the manager (Cynthia), another short coworker with tattoos (describing since I didn't catch his name) was making rude comments to provoke the manager about the situation. Not something that should be happening to the manager especially in front of a customer. Returned home and called the store to ask Cynthia for her managers contact info to discuss our continued problems with this location. She provided a bogus phone number. Writing a public review in hopes the franchise owner cares about the quality of...

Got hung up on THREE TIMES. One of which I had already given my card info and ordered so I just didn’t know if my pizza had been ordered or what. The girl on the phone kept talking over us and asked the same questions over and over. It’s never taken that long to order a pizza just to get hung up on. No wait time, no price, just hung up. Talked to the manager politely and he was extremely nonchalant. Manager has obviously not been trained on any form of conflict resolution or customer service. Extremely messy management and very unfriendly staff. UPDATE. We got our pizza and this is what it looked like. This was my husband and I’s Valentine’s Day movie night. Ordering these pizzas and getting them right has been a two hour ordeal. I’m really...

Where to start? It’s in a Walmart. There was only one person working-who was taking cash at the register and making food. I purchased a plain cheese, medium pizza for $10 and the worker told me to come back in 15 mins (touching dirty objects to touching food that people will consume is a great business plan). No receipt given or offered. 15 mins later, I returned, hoping that there wasn’t a shift change and that I’m remembered…I was given a “pizza” that was basically a round piece of cold, dry bread, with a measly sprinkling of cheap, flavorless cheese. The whole thing tasted like cardboard. Costco’s $10 pizza DESTROYS this garbage. If I could give it zero stars, I would. This place SUCKS.
