This location I avoid now. I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to use another Dunkin Donuts. Let me start by saying the service is HORRIBLE. I've been there multiple times, on different days and times, and not one time can I say I was satisfied. Beware if you do an online order. They try and just give you only your coffee, and always seem to somehow miss your food. My coffee is never EVER made right, and The last time I went was the worst service I've received so far. I placed an online order. I received my coffee which by the way was not made right. But I did not receive my donuts, or my munchkins I ordered. So she went and got my donuts and munchkins and threw them all together in the same bag. Most people wouldn't mind, but for someone who has a 3-year-old who doesn't like to have their food touch other food, it's a big problem. Then I look and see that it's not the donuts I ordered. Not even close. The munchkins were all the same flavor and I only received three of them. So I tell her these aren't the donuts I want, I won't even eat the flavor she gave me. So she takes my bag and closes the window to come back 30 seconds later and hand me my bag with the same exact donuts in them again. She didn't even attempt to try and get the correct it to the ones I wanted. Didn't say Have a nice day. Didn't say thank you for coming. Instead handed me my bag, sighed very loudly and slammed the window door shut. So I paid money for donuts I couldn't eat, that My 3-year-old wouldn't eat, so I feel like my money was stolen. My coffee I couldn't drink. I had to wait till I got home to make it the correct way. It's just inconvenient when all you want to do is stop by and get a good iced coffee and instead you get something that's not even what you want. And on top of it are made to feel like you're bothering them because you're coming and buying from the store. Read moreStopped at this dunkin instead of my usual one which was a poor choice on my part. I ordered a cold brew with Caramel and cream and add the cookie butter cold foam and they made their specialty cold brew (which has a ton of extra sweetener I do not care for) and then added my caramel and cream. I took one sip and it was so overly sweet I knew there was no way I could drink the rest of it. I HATE returning anything and will usually just take it and drink it as is, but I really could not drink it and there was no other guests behind me so I figured it would be fine. I said I am so sorry, I know I my order may have been confusing but I just wanted the plain cold brew, and the worker said 'no you said you wanted the specialty cold brew.' I order this drink all the time so I know that I did not, so I said no, I'm sorry, and repeated what I wanted. She said fine and took the cup and remade my drink. However it was very clear that she was so aggravated by the fact I didn't just take the first drink that she purposely did not make my coffee correctly. I just took it and left. She was training someone and I hope that is not the standard of service that is being upheld. I have worked in the service industry for 10 years and I am well aware the customer is not always right, but this seemed over the top when I apologized multiple times because I understand how much it sucks to have to remake something, but it does happen. Upon this occasion, I didst sample a most curious and refreshing elixir—the Raspberry Watermelon Refresher. Oh, what a most wondrous draught it proved to be! Sweet as a midsummer’s dream, yet touched with a whisper of tartness most pleasing to the tongue. It did invigorate my spirit and quench my thirst most splendidly.
