Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mount Laurel Township

We will never order from this Dominos location ever again. The first experience we had with this store was a couple of months ago. We placed an order and after an hour and a half the tracker said that is was still not out for delivery. We called the store and the employee said that the driver just left, then she asked for our address, and then said it actually won’t be delivered for another 45 minutes to an hour but we can come pick it up if we would like. We had them refund the order since we had waited long enough. I know how hard staffing has been recently so we moved on. Tonight we decided to give them another shot. We placed our order and it moved through the tracker quickly and when our food got delivered, we got our two sides .. but the delivery driver forgot the pizza that we ordered. He said he would bring it to us and after waiting another 45 minutes, we decided to call the store and just kept being told “the driver just left he’s on his way”. We told the “manager” that we didn’t want it anymore and that we would like a refund. He said that they cannot process a refund for it but that would drive to our house and give us cash for it .. um no thank you. He provided absolutely no customer service on the phone. The pizza did actually come an hour after the first delivery and I wish I had gotten that delivery drivers name, he was extremely polite and very apologetic about the situation. Food took an hour when it wasn’t supposed to in time estimate. Then I didn’t receive my dipping cups I ordered nor my 2 liter of coke . I havnt ordered from here in a long time but definitely won’t again. Now I have to wait longer for the rest of my things to arrive for me to eat my food. Update: I ordered again a year later and this time I didn’t get any of the sauces I paid extra for. I called the store and was told they would send him back out with it. An hour later nothing, called again and some guy spoke gibberish to me on the phone, then put me on hold for 6 mins not even giving me a chance to speak. Finally picked up and yet again was mumbling like almost purposely. I explained what happened and said I have been waiting an hour, and was told oh he tried, lied I’ve been downstairs door open waiting this whole time. Then said oh well he’ll be there, like whatever dude okay sure. These things cost money and it’s not okay to not get my whole order, then be told I’ll get it, then to never actually do. Since covid a lot of takeout has gone downhill with ensuring orders are all correct, definitely...

Pizza was “delivered” and never showed up. Called location 1 min after it “delivered” and the manager on the phone said it was delivered but he’d call the guy. Delivered to the wrong house?? It wasn’t any of my neighbors so not sure where the food went. This is not the first time this happened. I first asked him kindly to make the food quickly and deliver as we already waiting 30+ mins, he said ok but he would put me in behind the orders he has already. I explained to him I shouldn’t have to wait behind the next orders as they messed up. He became ignorant and quite rude. This location dropped off a wrong order before, an incomplete order 3xs. It’s closest to us but I will NEVER use this location ever again and will make sure no one I know also skips this location as well.
