McDonald's — Restaurant in Mount Morris Charter Township

My autistic son can't get enough of regular McDonald's cheeseburgers with extra pickles ... I don't know if it's the texture or whatever but he's actually 5 foot 5 + 185 lb and he only eats 2 a day now he's growing he's going to be a lot taller than me but I did notice that when he eats healthy food like home cook meals his stomach can't handle it cuz he's so used to eating the soybean in the basic pink slime that McDonald's is not very much known for because people don't advertise it that much that's why you have to watch the McDonald's documentary by Michael Moore- "Fast Food Nation" and then I'll put it in perspective for you what kind of junk were actually mainlining our children and I don't like it one bit if I could get him to eat something healthy by God I would but it's in their nature to only like certain kinds of foods and textures and he's been at this cheeseburgers with extra pickle thing now for about 6 years. I have tried everything under the sun to get him to eat different things it's driving me crazy I mean yeah I'll get a mocha frappe like once a week and not coffee everyday buy it it's just a small coffee and I mean I can make coffee at my house they make a alright Cup of Joe and it's no Starbucks but it's I guess worth the money a small coffee can run you $1.25... And if senior coffee is the same size but only $0.85 you got to be 55 or older. Sometimes I'll give me a senior coffee so people if you're going to regular at a certain McDonald's go ahead and at least ask the worst they can say is no. Half the time they mess it up anyway so bring make sure you bring your own cream and sugar just to if you're in a hurry you don't got to go back in. And I'm talking about the ones in Burton and Flint mostly Flint. Only other ones seem to get your orders right. And guys do the surveys on the back for the extra Quarter Pounder arrive McMuffin even if you don't use it you can at least tell him how bad a job or get a job they're doing they really do go by those in the store so it's important thank you and be careful what...

The line to Drive thru was long, went inside to save time- breakfast ends at 1030 and it was 1020. Ordered a breakfast and coffee. Watched as 6 others received their orders when they ordered after. I said. "excuse me miss 3 times"...they looked at me but never acknowledged me. 20 minutes went by and I asked again, "excuse me, could you tell me if our order is done?" She again, looked at me and didnt say anything. I asked her to please see if our order was missed. She didnt answer again. But 2 minutes later she came and asked for my receipt. I told her i didnt have one but our order was #290. She rolled her eyes and left again. The manager came and asked for the receipt. I told her #290, a breakfast. Now it is 1045. She left and was gone 5 minutes. (Waiting on other orders, i was watching) I got her attention and said, "please just give me the money back." She snarled at me and said, "maam. Im working on it." She then mumbled under her breath and went to the register. She gave me the money for the food but not the coffee. I told her I apologize but it is cold and I need to go. She went to the back, grabbed a bag (my food!!) And threw it on a counter back there. She came back and was going to refund the coffee as well and said, "i was going to give you the food for free, but whatever." I said, "I'm sorry, I didnt realize that. Im just in a hurry and thought the food wasnt ready yet or forgotten. Ill take it and dont worry about refunding the coffee. Have a blessed day." The entire time, I was respectful and kind. I know things happen. BUT the bad review is how I was treated regardless and the MANAGER'S demeanor and arrogance. She was mean to the employees as well but never have I had an experience where a manager treated a customer in such a way- especially when it was...

1st girl with orange hair was trying to hand me a water thru half opened window because she was on her phone texting not paying attention. 2nd handed us our food saying “is that it”. Like shouldn’t you know? But no it wasn’t we still had a happy meal and chocolate milk they needed to give us. 3rd we asked for ranch they said there’s two in the box. 4 th got home. No ranch. My Big Mac had half piece of meat. I called the lady told me bring it back and they would fix it. I’ve been out all day I wasn’t going back out. She said nothing she could do unless I brought it back up. I also said something about the girl on her phone and she just wanted to keep trying to over talk me.

So I decided to door dash McDonald’s the next day and this McDonald’s picked up my order. Guess what! It was all messed up imagine that. They forgot chocolate milk, the sausage was burnt, We asked for extra sauce on our sausage egg and cheese bagels and we got none and the eggs were not done on My granddaughters hotcake meal.
