I worked food service and have made plenty of mistakes in my time so I try not to be too fussy. I try to be understanding of their environment, rules or changes I may not know about, and how busy they are.First, the employees are always in the Drive Thru area and walk ins usually have to wait sometimes 5 minutes or longer to be noticed and served, I've seen a few customers walk out. Second, Every time I place my order I have to repeat it several times and even then I might not get what I want- idk if there is too much noise behind the counter from coolers, blenders, machines etc and the face mask certainly doesnt help communication. They don't know about new items on the menu. I had to inform two of them on two separate occasions about the relatively new "snack" item deals. I also had one employee tell me they dont offer iced cappuccinos when i tried to order one so i take a hot one. Then the next day i go to place an order for another hot one and was then given the option of hot or iced cappuccino... The employees have always been really nice and professional to me and are happy to fix any mistakes they make - it's just not fun to have mistakes and miscommunication every time I walk in there. There seems to be an issue with training/ management and communication. When they do get the order right, the coffee...
Read moreI went to this location today, Memorial Day 2025, At approximately 1:30 PM. As I walked in, I could see one person in drive-through and one person at speaker are ready to get their order taken. I was the only person inside. There were two people working. I waited approximately 12 minutes and no one greeted me or gave me any type of communication. Not a I will be right with you. Or sorry just give us a few seconds. After 12 minutes of me, seeing these two people walking in circles, I finally said something. And the manager, who was a female, Said oh I’m sorry and instructed the other worker to take my order. Apparently, she was too busy making food. I poked my head back around the corner and asked her if she was the manager and she said yes and proceeded to make her food. I went to tell her how I was waiting 12 minutes and she was very dismissive. This Dunkin’ Donuts is a joke. This is at least the third or fourth time I have been there in the last six months and have experienced something this sort. Absolutely no time management skills. Absolutely no customer appreciation/service. And everyone moves at a glacial pace. they need to just shut down this location because there’s nowhere they are making any type of money with the type of customer service. I have witnessed a few times. I have been to...
Read moreThey changed Management and got a bunch of New Employees.. they are mostly Rude, Nasty, and ready to tell you when you are wrong. Got in an argument with the “manager” today because the app messed up. She did nothing but try to prove me wrong! I couldn’t believe it! My issue was that I got the wrong muffin. I checked my order and it said Pumpkin but for the second day in a row I got Blueberry! I went in and got my order fixed (not without a fight) and the girl took the Blueberry Muffin out of the bag, which I handled the muffin.. I was in the drive thru pulled it out and realized it was wrong. The new Spanish girl took it out and put it back on the shelf! 😳 That is clearly unsanitary, and not healthy for anyone! I hope no one gets that muffin. Since I was fighting with the so called Manager, I didn’t get a chance to tell them. But I’ll be calling the BBB, and health department!
it is the App! My husband and I tested it out and he App is messing up! So a personal thank you to the old Spanish Lady who wanted to make it my fault for the App messing up!
Sorry to the 3 young ladies who are pleasant and have been there for awhile, but my husband and I won’t...
