Today I went to your location in Sturtevant for lunch. I recently transferred to my companies Racine location and wanted something different for lunch. I have not been to ANY Arby’s location in a number of years because of past negative experiences at other locations. Today I saw your promotion for a free sandwich with drink purchase through a text message. I thought that the sandwich options sounds good an I would give Arby’s another chance, maybe the changed for the better? I arrived at 1:37 today, April 29th 2019 and was helped by Kevin and Carlos (according to my receipt and hand-outs). I ordered the Brisket sandwich, a large Dr Pepper, as well as an 8 pack of Jalapeno Kickers. When I pulled up to the speaker, I was greeted by someone who sounded like they enjoy they job. He was upbeat, funny and helped put me in a good mood (I only ordered the bites because he said they were really good). He let me know they were dropping a fresh batch for me while I was completing my order so I knew it would be a few moments. With that being said, I still got my food relatively quickly and it seemed to be good quality. I am a picky eater, so I had to special order my sandwich with no mayo or onion strings. My food was all fresh and made correctly per my specifications. I wish the sandwich had more brisket on it, but who doesn’t? It was all delicious. The gentleman at the window recommended the berry sauce for the bites, and that also was a great combination.
It was a very positive visit and I want to thank you. I will be sure to be back much sooner than last time. I also shared with my co-workers how great it was, so expect to see some of them soon. Now if you could only bring the Arby-que Sandwich back...
Read moreI had asked if instead of the beef and cheddar if they could do turkey and cheddar. I was told no they could not do that. Then I was asked if I wanted to do a 2 for $6 deal which I don't know why they asked that. I said well yeah if you can do that. They told me again they couldn't do it and I heard someone in the background say "NO! We can't". I again stated to do what they had to do to make it a Turkey and cheddar. Again a lady in the background said "oh my god" Then they told me that they can't do it they got rid of it and they don't have that option on their screen.
I then stated to please do whatever you need to do to make it a Turkey and chedder. Again I heard the rude lady in the background say with a frustrated tone "Oh my GOD!" again was told they can't do that. I then said well you have turkey sandwiches do you not. They said yes. I said well why can't you do a turkey sandwich and add cheddar cheese. The lady in the background yet again had to put her two cents in and complain yet again and this time with more annoyance and again comment "Oh my God." Read moreCame in today before the football game started wanting to get a pound or 2 of roast beef. Pulled up to the speaker and asked how much a pound of roast beef is. The kid on the speaker started trying to answer my question, and this Karen of an employee possibly manager sounding like she smokes 6 packs a day starts screaming on the speaker, We need 24 hours notice, 24 hours. I was like daaammmmnnnn Karen calm the hell down. I don’t think a pound of 2 will is going to take your whole stock. They’re is a way you handle and talk to people and she was just nasty. I feel bad for any employee that has to work with her. I guess you don’t want my money. I Ended up doing 2 family size Chilis at Wendy’s instead. Unlike Karen @ Arby’s, Wendy’s has a very pleasant staff! (I don’t know Karin‘s real name, I never got it, but Karen fits her personality)
