Brown Fox Coffee — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

Fantastic little spot for GREAT coffee! The staff is all so excited and happy, and they genuinely enjoy working there. I knew someone that worked here in the past, and from what I gathered the owner treats the staff well. The coffee is great with so many different options to choose from. I typically stick to a black iced coffee or a hot chai, and they are definitely leaps above large chain coffee stores. They offer some really interesting and unique drinks as well, like the Mexican Fox which has a kick to it. It’s very fun and trendy, the only downside is all the seating is outdoors so when it rains you just grab from the window and run to your car.

The bakery items are delicious! There are a few options, it’s good in a pinch. If you’re lucky, you’ll catch them on a day when there’s a food truck out there too! It’s a fun experience.

Also, these reviews are hilarious and the snobs are obvious. They don’t offer ceramic mugs because they’re a TO-GO coffee shop. They would lose so much money when people left with the mugs daily. I got a Foxy Iced Chai Latte & loved it! It has a nice spice & smoothness to it. My partner got an Iced Brown Sugar Cinnamon latte, a delightful change of pace from his normal caramel-flavored coffees. The shop is quaint & fun! The sides of the building are decorated with art & music plays outdoors which is a nice touch. There is only outdoor seating available but the umbrellas make for a enjoyable space to sit and enjoy your coffee-- it does make it a more difficult space to work or study due to the cars but if your'e adaptable it won't pose much of an issue. Brown Fox Coffee is a hot spot for coffee lovers! With its coastal vibe and outdoor-only seating, it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee. We waited about 20 minutes for two coffees, so while the wait reflects their popularity, it might not be the best option if you’re short on time.
