Both the Mt Pleasant and Sullivan's Island historic districts were nice. Mt Pleasant has a drug store dating back to the early 1900s. They have their own brand of ice cream and a wall of historic artifacts.

Quaint Historical neighborhood. Go for a walk, ride bikes, or fish from the Pitt Street Bridge (old bridge to Sullivan's Island). Visit the old pharmacy for an ice cream.
