Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

It's a franchise, so the food is going to be about the same at any location.

The service for our party of two however, was an issue. There were only a half dozen tables occupied, and maybe 25% of the bar seats were taken. Our server was friendly and and attentive, and got all the details of our orders right; but the food was achingly slow to arrive. The initial order took a while to get to the table, but we didn't think much of it. We ordered a serving of 6 wings to go however, and doing the math later, figured it took 43 minutes to arrive.

This is the second time my buddy had been to this location and related a similar experience (the first was during the grand opening). He chalked that up to the relative inexperience of new staff: but it's been open more than long enough now for those issues to have been worked out.

The location isn't particularly convenient either. There are too many places too close by with better food and far better experiences; I doubt I'll be...

Calista was an amazing server despite the issues and should be promoted to a management role and make sure everything is done right!!! We were barely greeted by 3 people at the host stand when we came in - I think all high school aged and their first job or have no training in hosting … - and were told it would be 20 minutes and to come back at a specific time. We came back ten minutes later and there were two parties ahead of who were both seated immediately… the space itself looks cheaply remodeled and not up to what you’d expect a BWW to look like either. Calista definitely had her hands full with seemingly a whole section to herself but did her best despite that … also the hosts were just standing around at the front not helping clear tables or anything. Why have 3 people at the front and so many empty or dirty tables? The wings were good but staff needs HELP. The apps were also frozen and the carrots and celery were not fresh. Due to the restaurant being open for about a week or two I did not go, I finally decided to try it out on Saturday. First thing walking in was the “hostess” stated there was a 30 min wait, no problem! But if me n other people are waiting why not write down our phone number to call or text when our table is ready. It was also hot as hell the ice was melting . When I came back to check to see if the table is ready the blonde girl told me there no table ready, MIND U there was 4 tables available lol. I went up to her again asking to sit in those tables n they looked at us like we were dumb and they didn’t know anything bout those open tables. I’ve worked as a hostess before it’s literally “get the ppl in and get the ppl out”. But I can say even tho it was not a good experience destiny took care of us and asked if we were okay...
