Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

Overall this place is great, I so badly want to leave a 5 star review, but the last few weeks that I have gone, I basically always order the same thing (maybe change the size) and always get something different…there is no consistency between employees.

Sometimes I order a small and am given a medium, sometimes I order a medium and am given a small…last time I ordered they made the blizzard weird. I always get the New York cheesecake blizzard, with no cheesecake bites, add pecans. This last time they didn’t use strawberries at all, just a strawberry syrup or something (wasn’t good at all, I tossed it). My daughter always gets a large vanilla cone, it’s always a different size, never close to the same.

Definitely will be going back, overall it’s good. I just hope this feedback maybe helps...

Tuesday at about 5pm repeated my order many times at drive-up a lot of laughing going on inside. Finally thought I made it clear what I wanted. Finally made it to the window where I paid and they closed the tinted non see through window and the laughing and screaming went on for awhile before being served cold very very chocolate milk. I had asked for a very lite on the chocolate shake. I guess that was to much to ask for, but they were sure having a good time. I through the shake out, and am now afraid to go back there, don't trust on what might be in it! Not mad just...

I first was in the drive through but sat forever so I parked got out to order in person. I soon realized the problem for the long line. They had plenty of workers but not enough trying to work. There was a lot standing around chatting then moving like it was a super slow day when it wasn't. Several seemed to be new because they were holding up ice cream cones and discussing it. I ordered a med twist cone which took forever but it was still faster than the drive through. When I left the four cars that were in front of me when I was in line were still in the drive...
