Donuts Etc — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

I don't like writing poor reviews for local businesses, but in this case I am definitely making an exception. I was served a bacon, egg and cheese croissant that was clearly spoiled. I took one bite and now hoping I don't get sick from it. I let them know quietly and respectfully that it was spoiled and there was no apology, no offer for refund, no offer to exchange it for something else - absolutely shameless. Appalling customer service, and to top it off they're the most expensive donut shop around. Just...

My 6 year old wanted chocolate donuts so I thought I’d treat him. We waited in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes being the 3rd car in line then when we ordered and drove off - we got outside of town and broke into them and immediately upon taking a bite they had a weird taste. The donut part was fine but the frosting tasted soured, only thing I can think of is they used expired milk to make the frosting. Won’t be back seeing as they couldn’t even check the quality of their ingredients...

Will never go back, first time the baker came out of the bathroom and I went in after him and there was not soap to wash my hands I went and told the cashier and he could care less, went back a second time and there's a very rude Spanish lady that don't speak Spanish but speaks a broken English don't know what...
