This doesn't reflect on the employees but the manager. I brought my family to see a movie last night, spent a good chunk of money (so I expected better than what happened) I took my 5 year old daughter to the bathroom. walked into the bathroom and it was standing water there was a cone in the middle the way it looked just appeared a young kid mopped and just sloped the water on the floor without ringing it out. when we were walking out, I peeked there was a toilet that looked like it over flowed. I went to mention it to one of the guys behind the counter he acknowledged and let me know he KNEW it was a problem "oh yeah the bathroom?" I asked for the manager bc the bathroom should have been shut down. while waiting 2 girls came from the back room they were literally STANDING in water. Zoe asked me what's going on I told her there's water in the bathroom and it was backed up from the toilet that it needs to be completely closed bc that is absolutely nasty! Zoe took our order for the tickets and concession, was polite about the no refill policy which is absurd! and was very polite about the backed-up water meanwhile she's walking thru it along with the other kids. the manager should have shut the bathroom down, slip hazard not to mention completely unsanitary. kudos to Zoe- you have potential don't waste it your customer service is superb! && thank you to the guys who saved my son's hat he just got that as a present and was super upset. again, the stars reflect the negligence of not shutting down the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate August 2025: Went back after a couple years (twice recently) and both times, we had to go out and ask them to turn the screen on (trailers started with just audio). That shouldn't happen at a theater. Between that, the dirty screen, & static/popping in the speakers, hopefully Schulman pays attention and fixes the issues at this establishment.
As others have made note of in recent reviews, the new owners, Schulman Theatres, have drastically lowered the quality of this theater, which was already very low in the last few years.
Our last movie we watched here (and the last we will ever watch here unless they turn it around) was The Little Mermaid. All the lights in the theater were off 20 minutes before the movie started, with only one set of side lights working. Those lights remained on once the movie started, and I had to go out and ask for them to turn them off The screen was so dim it was hard to see what was happening. Full daylight scenes looked like they were at night. Nobody at this theater knows how to adjust projectors. The emergency exit light was brighter. It looks like they leave the 3D lenses Sound is terrible. Too often, the music overpowers the dialogue.
These have been issues for years, but they have gotten worse every since the theater was bought out by Schulman Theatres. Hopefully either the ownership changes again or they start taking their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNot the experience I was hoping for, but I reckon I've gotten spoiled on Morris Twin Cinema. The popcorn was the absolute worse, not sure how we got a large bag of hulls and tiny pieces, but that's exactly what we received, and let's not forget the "extra" butter they put on there. š The young men working the counter have the personality of a box; customer service really could use some work. Bathroom was a tad shady, soap dispenser like to of took me out... went right for the eye, luckily for me I wear protective gear. Sink wouldn't turn off, probably why the prices are WAY too high for the facility I was sitting in. I get it.. we all out here just trying to pay our utility bills.𤨠No cherry coke.. well that's rude; but ok! Then we get a sprite.. that was just a cup of battery acid. Then when brought to the workers attention the Dr Pepper is now out.. š³ The seats.. what.is.actually.going.on!?! I felt like I just kept getting closer and closer to the floor..and the rocking? For what? Those seats are mildly uncomfortable, again, for the price I paid I was "expecting" better. New owners, new name, whateves.. please do better. Streaming is slowly taking over because the movie theater experience is...
