Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

Worst delivery service I have ever experienced! I ordered through the Pizza Hut App on my phone. Specifically ordered bone OUT wings along with a pizza. When the delivery arrived, the driver brought my food to the door while talking on her cell phone- she motioned to me what I needed to do with the receipt (sign it) and delivered my order. Upon inspection of my food, it was COLD and WRONG. My receipt clearly read bone OUT wings and I had bone IN wings delivered. My pizza and wings were cold and I threw my delivery in the trash! I called the store and was greeted by the manager - who in turn asked me to call back later and speak to her about the complaint... because she was BUSY!

Are you kidding me!!!!???? Not only does their delivery service lack professionalism, their attention to detail when reviewing an order also attention. Their management needs practice on speaking to customers and effectively handling situations. Management skill #1, if you are too busy... hire more people that are literate and considerate!

Worst Pizza Hut...

I ordered 2 large pizzas online today for delivery with tip and taxes spent $50.00 even. Then after waiting over an hour for my delivery I called and was told by the staff that if he didn't arrive in 15 minutes to call back. That alone sent my blood boiling so I repeated that I had already waited over an hour and I needed to speak to a manager. Jessica gets on the phone with one excuse after another of why it took over an hour to get my order to me. In which her solution was a $5.00 coupon. After I just spent $50 and $7.00 of it was on a tip that I paid on my credit card online before even getting my food. I asked for corporates number in which I was told that they belonged to a franchise, so I asked for that number which she said they didn't have. I asked for her regionals number in which I was told they would be there tomorrow. I told her that was fine gave her my name and number. We have been dining here for nearly 8 years, but the last 2 visits were extremely disappointing. One night 2 of us out of 6 got salads & when we asked for forks we were told they didn't have any, but that they would get us some. After waiting for over 5 minutes I had to go to the front counter & get plastic ones.

Then 2 weeks ago we went in & ordered pizzas to go. We were told it would take about 25 minutes, so we told them we were going to sit in our truck while we waited. After 20 minutes I went in to see if it was ready, & was told it would be another 10 minutes so I sat down inside to wait. After 10 minutes I asked if it would be much longer. The 2 girls at the front counter checked the register & then told me that our pizzas had not actually even been started & it would therefore be another 25 minutes. I told them to cancel my order & neither one of them offered an apology or anything. I felt as though my business just did not matter to...
