HTeaO - Mt. Pleasant — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

We are traveling through the area and decided to check this out. Our first encounter with this franchise. I must say we were not disappointed! Since we were new to the store, we sampled quite a few to see what we liked. We found several favorites. The quality is top-notch! Loved all the different flavor options too. The pellet ice is amazing. And pricing is on point. LOVED the huge size option. We enjoyed going inside and being able to mix those if we wanted. Only detraction was that we tried to use the water refill station outside and it would not work either using cash or a card. But we will definitely be back....

Love HTeaO but this one needs a little help. I understand they're all new but it's the only one I've been to in the state where you continuously have to tell them to get your info for rewards. Somehow the concept of inputting that before payment so that you can redeem is also lost on everyone I've encountered there. Every other store asks for your info before telling you your total and asks if you want to use your rewards, then gives...

This place is amazing! Your able to walk in and take samples of the tea BEFORE you make a cup, you can add as many types of tea's as you want without extra charge, they serve coffee as well, Price is unbelievably perfect for budget and be able to have a nice beverage while being out on the road or at work....
