When Spread opened, I really enjoyed it. Quality was there, portions were solid. About a year into being in Mt. P, they no longer have any quality control nor do they care about their product. If they’re any bit busy, you’ll see a lot of people asking for a remake.

Don’t get me wrong, it still tastes ok, but after you make the bagel, you’re just putting ingredients on. The time before last, they didn’t put any cream cheese on my bagel. Then this time, very little and the bagel was somewhat hard/dry. The bagels were softer and bigger when they initially opened.

The sandwich attached was $17 with tax and without tip. I understand lox are expensive, but this took only a few bites to put down. Regarding the picture with my hand for reference, I’m 5’7” so my hands are not huge.

For $17, i’d like a proper sandwich. The kids in there are trying hard and are sweet, but they could probably use some direction from an older, or at least someone with more experience. I feel stupid writing a review this length, or a review at all about bagels, but after last time and now this, it has become insulting. I won’t be back and I would recommend that people try Ruby’s on...

OK so I came in on 4-29-24 At 10:40 AM. I have been here before several times and I can honestly say that the eggs were amazing…. but not today! Today I came in and got what I always get which is an everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese And A latte. I was highly disappointed in the service today. The girl at the register could care less and the guy that made My sandwich overcooked my egg and I didn’t get any cheese… Where was the cheese? It usually comes with lots of cheese and I really enjoy that and the egg is usually perfect, not cooked hard. My bagel was over toasted and just hard to chew. This makes me sad because I was really looking forward to this sandwich. Whom ever you had in there before who made the eggs, supple and soft and wonderful needs to come back and teach the new guy How to Cook an...

I had one of the greatest experiences here this morning. When I arrived the line was out the door. Initially, I rolled my eyes and almost walked away, but I’m glad I didn’t. The line moved quick for how busy they were. The young lady taking my order was friendly. The staff communicated well in order to keep things moving swiftly. I didn’t have to wait long at all. The food and coffee were both fantastic. I want to shout out one of the employees there. I think she said her name was Miranda. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, had a big smile on her face, was working, checking on customers, helping her fellow employees. I was simply amazed. As someone who also works in the customer service industry, I really appreciate good customer service and she went above and beyond. I can’t wait to come back...

Came here as a suggestion from a friend. I’m by no means a bagel snob, but wanted to try a Montreal style bagel. Went there on Thursday morning at 9am, and got a bacon, egg, cheese on everything bagel and a plain bagel with honey pistachio. The BEC was delightful: flavorful, salty, and tons of egg and bacon! It was gone too fast … The plain bagel was somewhat of a disappointment: it was tough, and difficult to chew. The cream cheese was amazing! But I couldn’t finish the bagel - it was too dry even with a fair schmear of cream cheese. I wanted it to work- but it wasn’t for me. The service was top notch! The coffee had run out so the employee made me a brand new batch. Very courteous and patient. I would go back just for the service. Overall I would say I would try again but maybe not my favorite.

Yum! I love watching them make the bagels. One time I got there just as they were making bagels. I got to watch them dip them in the scalding, hot water and then put them in the word fired oven, it was cool. They have some unique flavors like rosemary, olive oil, and salted egg. I really loved their lemon blueberry, which I found out today they have discontinued. Please, please, please bring it back. Cranberry bagels would be a great addition too!
