Well if you really want to know. When we got there we where the only ones there 2 of us ordered 2 of the 5.99 box meal which I thought it was a $5.00 box and it took us 19 minutes to get our food and we wouldn't had gotten it then but the cashier looked at me looking at them and she fixed it right quick. Not sure what the ones in the back was doing? And there was one girl sidney walking back and forth by behind the registers talking on the phone to someone working at sonic about trading her free food ( casideas and a freeze) for a blizzard and she kept on for about 5 minutes im sure was suppose to be working?? But the manager Angie was working the window didn't act like she cared that this was going on. Then Sidney (the girl) left running though the dining area screaming I'm going. Got into her car spud out drive thru headed toward the sonic at 9:29pm we left at 9:59 and she wast back yet. By then it had been 30 minutes (wondered if she got paid by trading (free)food and delivering it on time clock)??? When I use to work when you where on the time click and my employer was paying me I did my job not run all over town. And I would never give food free. Trade free food for I guess free food. To benefit for myself. And leave my post to go run around. I guess it is why we don't eat there anymore. The service is not real good.Oh and we had to wet a napkin and clean our own table. Read moreMy family and I often eat at taco bell but the most recent purchase on 12/11/2018 at 12:40 pm of food left a bad taste in my mouth from the extremely bad and rude service we had at the drive-through. My mother had ordered me two steak quesadillas and two shredded chicken burritos like I always get but I add on beans and rice and remove the jalapeno sauce but the lady who took our order said no we can't do that because of cross contamination yet the website clearly shows we can add on beans and rice picture included of the website. I almost forgot to mention my mother had ordered me an extra steak quesadillas and had ordered herself some food as well the lady but the lady straight out said my mother didn't order two steak quesadillas or the other food but my mother swears she did order herself some food and a second quesadilla we had no way of checking either as the lady did not put the receipt in or on the bag like they normally do. If I had been allergic to the creamy jalapeno sauce that WAS NOT removed like we ordered it to be this wouldn't be a review. Read moreIf I could give this location zero stars, I would. Whichever cook & window person was working on the evening of 11/25 at 7 pm needs to probably be fired. The young lady working the window was extremely rude and visibly bothered that I had to ask twice for some mild sauce with my order. I’m not certain if the cook was high or just straight up careless, but I ordered (and paid for) 2 cheesy Gordita crunches and 3 Doritos tacos and I received 5 plain tacos. There was not another single customer in the line nor in the restaurant, so I am certain that I was not mistakenly given another persons order. To make matters worse, each plain taco I received was soaking wet with grease and every shell was shattered, soggy, and not edible. Additionally, the food was cold. I spent my last $25 my family is still hungry. To whomever is the owner of this establishment- you might consider hiring employees with at least bare minimum, half-decent work ethic & decency. To those 2 employees - Do better. Shame on you for collecting a pay check with zero concern for your customers experience.
