Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

It’s alright tbh haven’t been since 2016 tho. When I started my first job this is the last place I ate as unemployed hooligan. This job at a Mexican Restaurant was life changing and Dairy Queen is where I left my innocence and youth. In that job I had my first kiss and I fell in love with many men I lost my innocence and I experienced sexual harassment through the hands of men I trusted as my bosses. It is there that I acquired a debilitating drug addiction supplied by the employees that almost ended me. It was also there that I meet my first love and it is there where I was when I become involved with my first lover who sadly where not the same person. It’s this place too that caused me to attempt suicide and after failing dwell deeper into my drug infused bliss. I had my first acid Hangover here New Years and here I struggled academically more so then I thought I could. In this job I lived the worst life, a life before Dairy Queen I never fathomed I could ever live . After I finally quit my job I returned to Dairy Queen. I was an entirely different person someone I thought I would ever become. I became the worst person I new and the person I hated the most. I did not go in I could not bring myself to do it ,because there my innocence was buried and there I vowed never to return....

We went to Dairy Queen (Mt. Pleasant) last night. Went through the drive thru. We got to the window, paid and were told to pull up front and park, my onion rings had two more minutes to cook. I said no, we will wait here. The manager came to the window and told us we had to move, there was a line forming. I said no, I prefer to have my food delivered when it was ready, not whenever they had time to bring it out. My husband pulled around, he knew I was fixing to really lay into her.

Food was brought out, after 3 minutes. Of course I timed them! My onion rings were over cooked, near burnt. My cheeseburger had one pickle, a very thin, see through slice of tomato the size of a small Roma, a single ring of onion and 3 slices of jalapeno. There was no lettuce. Burger was slapped together haphazardly. Cheese was pretty much squashed out and sticking to wrapper. My husband was about the same with his chicken sandwich and his 6 tator tots. His words were, "not very satisfying at all".

We won't be going back. Calling doesn't do any good, anymore. Can't leave a comment on their Fake Book page. So, I'll just give them the best advertisement they don't want,...

Just came through the line ordered a hunger buster with ketchup and cheese only, large strawberry shake, medium Reese's cookie dough blizzard , small Oreo blizzard and #5 grilled chicken sandwich with no tomato add ketchup large fry and large root beer cost us $26.?? Now to get home and have no cheese on hunger buster (which is extra) , NO GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH AT ALL FOUND OVER COOKED KIDS HAMBURGER WITH KID FRY (Fries WHERE DISGUSTING) So I call Dairy Queen.....four times: the first 3 no answer the fourth they picked up greeted me then hung up! I am astounded that dairy Queen is like this I've never had a bad experience and I normally do not post or review a company if even if they are bad I just leave it blank but today after four calls three no answer last one they hung up on me and this no sand grilled chicken anything I have to post a review a negative one I will never again go to dairy Queen in Mount Pleasant.
