BWW never disappoints. A dog friendly patio allows me to bring my pooch with me. I was a little put off by the cigar ash and cigar butts on the floor (worried my dog might try to eat them) and the bird poop on many of the chairs. I would suggest having someone clean this during the slow times of the day. Since I had my dog, I could not go through the front door so I just went to the patio to sit down. There is no way for someone to k ow that I am out here so I had to go in to ask for a server. I got Bradley. He was a delight. Helped me decide what happy hour food to order. And what other food to get! He took great care of me and was one of the nicest servers I have ever had at BWW. He checked on me often. There were fans on this patio and it was 91 degrees out. It would be nice to have them on. All of the patio TVs were off. Maybe the patio was “closed”. If that is the case, this review is null, but would leave me with no dining option. I can’t give BWW a bad review considering it is the only restaurant in this area that allows dogs, but they could use some management reminders for proper presentation!! My...
Read moreWaiter was awesome 5 stars. Food was hot but not correct. House sampler asked for light lettuce and didnt get any lettuce at all. Asked for queso for fries and there wasn't much in the little cup. 3 times in a row ordered black cherry mojito, and they were out of the mix again. Found out Arbys bought BWW out and were making changes. They will no longer serve the black cherry mojito. That is one of the reasons we come here instead of another restaurant. Like that they use trays now instead of paper trays, keep. Menus suck, like that they are trying something different but fail. Tried to speak with manager about the changes they are making and he refused to talk to us. Joe's pizza in town has better wings and gives you more sauces for your sides, probably start going there from now on. We eat out at BWW at least 4 times a month but after the last 3 visits I'd say we will start going else where. Again though the waiter absolutely great. He tried to make everything better even though the things were out of...

Our waitress Bailey was very cordial, however, that was the extent of it. She,
admittedly, knew nothing about beer (she was working the bar).
Never checked on us after the initial food order delivery.
Walked by our table twice never looking or asking if we needed anything. (1st time my drink had a visible sip left. 2nd time my drink had been empty for several minutes)
I had to go to the bar to get a refill of my drink.
I ordered veggies with my lunch. I did not get them with my order. When I brought it to her attention at the bar she said, "We don't charge for them, do you want them now"? I said, "I am already done with my meal." They were on our receipt. I ordered tthem because I wanted them with my meal.
We gave Bailey a 5% tip. If she had been better she would have seen a better tip.
I love Buffalo Wild Wings. Sadley, this is the worst service ever since...
