I tried to place my order thru their website. When I first went to the site it gave me a code to use for a free 2ltr but when I tried to apply the code it was not accepted. Kept telling me that it was invalid. That seemed odd. When I completed my order I was directed to call the store and place my order over the phone. What's the point? Thanks for waisting my time. I could've just done that to begin with. I called and placed my order. When I arrived at Little Caesars to pick up my order the doors were locked. It was 9:30 and the sign posted right next to the door clearly said that they were open until 10. An employee signaled for me to go to the pick up window. I had walked to pick up my order as I live very close and it is easier to walk there than to drive. Asking a customer to walk up to the drive up window is very unsafe for the customer as well as the business. Very bad practice especially if it is done just to lock up early. My pizza was made incorrectly. It was supposed to be half one topping and half another but they put both toppings on the entire pizza. They were apologetic about it and offered to remake it for me if I wanted. I didn't mind that the toppings were both on the entire pizza so I did not wait to have it remade. Hey....free topping! They also accepted the drink discount code that the website would not. The pizza was HOT and tasted great! Both guys that were working were friendly and apologetic they even added butter and parmesan crust free. All in all it was a decent visit but the ordering and pick up process was rather annoying. The pizza was...
Read moreService was terrible tonight! Sadly I use this store alot but will not be returning. We ordered on the phone because we know that weekends are busy, and were given a pick up time of 6:30. We arrived at 6:25 and went to the counter to pick up our food, Jess stated that they were working on our order right now. I then watched numerous people walk in and out and pull away from the window with the same food I had ordered in advance for over 30 minutes. I then went back to the counter and asked Jess if she could please check on my food that I was supposed to pick up 30 minutes earlier to which she responded "Oh, you ordered ahead?". I then reminded her of who we were and she stated "I don't even work at this store so don't get an attitude with me!" Which was a great addition to the terrible customer service. I again asked her to check on my food and she said "I don't have to do anything!" If this is the caliber of people they are choosing to employ they've lost my business forever and I will be certain to ensure that everyone I am in contact with is aware of this situation. The powers that be should certainly be relieving Jess of her duties and hiring a better...
Read moreAwful. Little Caesars pizza is one of the worst rated food options in the area, and for good reason. Two years ago, I'd rated it 1-star, and nothing really changed.
Drive thru is usually entirely backed up, sometimes even spilling out into the road. The area in general is cramped, and the interior is small and outdated, as is any Little Ceasers still in existence.
Employees are always overwhelmed and understaffed. Mostly seem to be running around in chaos.
"Hot and Ready" is essentially a thing of the past, as you'll almost never get anything in under ten minutes and sometimes as long as a half hour. Pepperoni is almost never available. Always, "All we've got is cheese..."
I genuinely like the franchise, but this particular location, as much as I want to enjoy it, is just bad.
On my last visit (9-8-24), the guy let me sit at the window for 20ms. No, we'll be a second, no notion of what was going on. Three cars behind me. He finally opens just to tell me that it'd be another 40 minutes. 1hr for a (HOT) and KEY WORD ... READY! And you couldn't tell me twenty minutes ago? What was I waiting for?
It's so regularly like this that it's almost...
