I cannot understand why they have allowed their quality to sink so bad. maybe its because they are struggling due to Covid but I doubt it. I have been a loyal customer for over 22 years. This is my favorite restaurant in Ohio, until tonight. The last 7 times I have ordered, the quality continued to get worse. Tonight my order was even worse than the last time. The meat in the burritos have become very tough, they don't season the meat as much as they use to so its very bland, the burritos use to have a brown juice that come out when you cut into it but not now, the salsa verde ingredients have gone way down hill and tastes like it come out of a can, and the Queso cheese has more water or milk in it than cheese. It use to be when the cheese dip would cool down it would get thick and not run (good cheese dip), now even when put in a refrigerator its still runny and watery. I am very sorry to say and with deep regret, I will no longer order Fiesta Mexicana. At least until they they decide to change back to the way they use to cook food. The old way made them great and have so many followers. I sincerely hope this review reaches the right management and they take a serious look how they are running their business and make the right decision to choose quality over quantity and go back to what...
Read moreMy spouse and I had dinner this evening like we have many times. When I checked our bill, we were charged for something we ordered and didn't receive. The waitress who cashed me out was extremely rude and informed me that a burrito ( which we both ordered ) only has the wrap and meat anything else you are charged separately ( we were charged an additional .50 a piece for ground beef when it was a ground beef burrito to begin with. Then, we were charged $4.95 a piece for two taco salads, which we didn't have, but that is what they charge for the lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. We ordered cheese, which was not added. This has never happened to us before. She told me the prices have and will go up. The manager stood by and never said a word. I would not have said anything if she had been respectful, but unfortunately, that didn't happen. I told her I knew it wasn't her fault. She rudely informed me that, indeed, it was not her fault. Thankfully, we are getting a new Mexican restaurant on Columbus Road. The food was good, but the behavior of the waitress lost...
Read moreTrying to find parking was absolutely insane because they’re so packed! Crazy considering the quality of the food.. Everything was bland and extremely soggy. We were seated at a soaking wet table— I sat my phone on the table before I sat down and realized how wet it was (my phone was dripping with dirty water.) The ONLY thing we enjoyed was the chips and salsa, other than that- not a fan. We ordered nachos as an appetizer and had to pay extra for toppings? So, if we hadn’t paid extra for beef, our “nachos” would’ve been just chips covered in queso. I ordered a #25 and couldn’t eat hardly any of it! My tamale was unbelievably dry and bland. Overall, not a good experience. I couldn’t even hear my husband talking to me across the booth because it was so loud in there! My waitress was nice and the food came fast though!! 10/10 waitress. 4/10 food. Also, not wheelchair friendly???! You have to walk down a couple steps to get into the restaurant. It was a...
