Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mountain Home

I give it 5 Stars for Domino's, formerly known as Domino's Pizza. I've been came buy to Domino's since the 90s as a kid while i was in school. I was there in Domino's not just once but twice. But i remember as a kid when i tried out Buffalo Wings at Domino's and it taste like it's burn. I understand it's hot, but it might get a heart burn too since i tried out Buffalo Wings 2 Decades ago.

Before i came buy to Domino's twice, i did watched Domino's Commercials all the time as well. But i remember that Domino's commercial as a little kid in the 80s when i watched it on TV i recognize that character name The Noid who was on a commercial once. Well not just once but couple or several commercials in the 80s. I also recognize that other character too goes by none other than Donny the Domino, a talking Domino guy who wants to talk you of course since the 80s and or the 90s. I never watched that Japanese Commercials in Japan since i was at both home & School. Including none other than Cyndi Lauper who's on the commercial where the Japanese People loves her. The first Japanese Commercial with Cyndi, was she is on a doggone Airplane, then she jumps off the plane and calls Domino's while she falling all the way down to the roof and into the house and then it delivers. Then the plane head straight to the house, I was hope she's okay. And the second Japanese Commercial with her was she gets bit by Dracula but instead he eats Pizza after she calls Domino's. So that's all about Domino's Commercials.

I don't have Domino's Toys back then as a little kid. But all it's left was that big plushy noid thing i kept since someone gave it to me a long time ago, and i got rid of it for years. Also thanks to Funko who made that Pop Vinyl of Noid, I may tried that out whenever i could in the future.

I missed Domino's a lot. But i been in Domino's parts of times since 2005. And i have not come buy there like i did since i was at the vehicle. Yes i like Pizza, Pasta, Sandwiches, Breads & Sides and Desserts since Domino's made. After I live in apartment, i may get a chance to come buy. Just like when i was a kid back in the 90s. So thank you very much Domino's...

I completed order on my Dominoes App. Asked that it would be ready by 8:15 on Sept 15, 2022 at the Dominoes in Mtn. Home, Ar. We got to the pickup window about 8:05 pm, told them our name, they said it would be 15 more minutes and told us to pull into #1 parking slot and they would bring pizza out to us. After we sat in the parking space for at least 30 minutes and no one had brought it to us, we went back to the window and it was done and sitting on "warming shelf". Pizza was cold. When we told the guy at the window that we had received very bad service, he said it had been sitting on "warming shelf". As we drove around the building, we saw 4 or 5 Dominoes employees standing outside the building visiting and smoking. I guess this is why no one could be found to bring our pizza to us.

I live in West Plains, MO and am used to good service by the Dominoes in West Plains, and it is rare that I submit a bad review, but this was very poor service and I feel the management needs to be made aware of this.

We stay in Mtn. Home area quite a bit, but when you have this kind of experience and no apology, etc for bad service, it doesn't make a person want to revisit the business.

First off I would have given a 5 BUT, when I went to pay with card there was "what amount of tip do you want to leave, 5,10,20% ect.." now here's my thinking, I placed the order on my phone, I drove to pick it up, I walked inside to get my pizza. Are you starting to see a trend?

I'm happy to tip especially when servers don't even get minimum wage, however the guy making the pizza and the woman who wrung me up aren't servers in a restaurant. I felt pressured to tip someone who's already making $12 an hour at least. Not cool to expect tip when at most 5 minutes of work.

On a good note, the pizza was excellent as you should expect, far far superior to the last pizza we got from a place that rhymes with Hoppa Juan's, won't ever...
