Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Mountain Home

Disappointed!!! I always love coming here and have never had a bad experience until tonight. At my time of arrival I was the only customer. Went through the drive thru, ordered 1 simple sandwich. Pulled forward, then sat at the window for 15 minutes. No one acknowledged us, never paid just sat there. I watched the woman making sandwiches touch both registers, headsets, and everything else around her and never once changed her gloves. While watching her make contaminated sandwiches, four customers walked in and received their food. After watching everyone that showed up after we had ordered have their food made and walked out to them, i decided to just leave and ended up at Subway where i was able to order, pull forward, pay and receive my sandwich all within five minutes. Wasn't the sandwich i originally ordered but it tasted pretty dang good! To those who ate the sandwiches with dirty gloves between 8:30-9:00pm on 11/14/24, may your bowels be ever...

I worked here for a month. The managers were the absolute best and incredibly understanding even when they themselves were under pressure to sort out staffing issues. This Jimmy Johns has the best and healthiest work environment that I have ever seen, and everyone working was friendly, helpful, positive, and wanted to do their job properly. At the end of the day we were just making sandwiches, but the people making the products want to make them right and these sandwiches taste delicious. There is a level of pride making this place run and every single corner of this business is healthy and running incredibly well top to bottom, and I believe wholeheartedly that this place can contend for the best place to work in the entire city directly due to the excellent workers and management, not to mention workable salary. I would hop on the opportunity immediately to work here again....

I've been eating at Jimmy John's for many years. Unfortunately where I live now the closest Jimmy John's is 45 miles away in Mountain Home. I'm usually there once a month or so and always make Jimmy John's part of my visit.

Today I arrived there at 10:45. Although there was a lot of staff in the store making sandwiches and standing around, they refused to make something for me because they were 'not open yet'.

As I left and went out to the parking lot, there were multiple cars in the drive-thru and the staff was gladly taking their orders, and no they were not pickups as I heard people clearly ordering food.

What horrible customer service, they couldn't take 30 seconds to throw together a sandwich for me? Needless to say that's my last time stopping at the Mountain Home...
