I have been there 3 times in the past 2 weeks between 4 - 6pm. Each time the register was closed for “random updates". One of the times there wasn’t even anyone behind the counter. The one time I went there and it was open I was charged $5 for a stale chewy pretzel and honey mustard dipping cup before. After that I’m not sure if I want to even try this...

I love auntie Ann’s but this place has bad quality I paid $9 for a pretzel And a small lemonade and not only did it have to be cash they would not provide a receipt the dough did not taste cook it was cold hard like if it was sitting there all day terrible service horrible...

We visited Auntie Anne's today with the intention of serving a party of ten people. and were greeted by a very rude manager that told me she refused to take my order as she had just restocked the shelves and was not doing all that work again. seems she should consider another...
