Dino's Wings & Things — Restaurant in Muhlenberg Township

We always eat here and overall service is great and also the food is good! Today we experienced the worst service ever. It took over and hour to receive mega fries, large cheese steak and the smallest order of wings. We were receiving our food in incrimints every 15 to 20 mins later. We asked for boom sauce and got hot sauce, didn't complain just used it. When we finally got our cheese steak that came last we were full of fries and wing also the order was wrong. We asked for no sauce but it came with sauce. We had to wait about 10 mins for for a new one in which came out wrong also. Asked for no sauce, mayo, mushrooms and onions and they put the onions on the side just incase we did not want them mixed in. Really?? Why would we order the cheese steak with fried onions then? Guests that arrived way after us were receiving their food before us and ordered same things that we did. Not sure if the grill staff were mixing orders up. Anyways asked for a manager and was told that she comes in after 4:00 PM to call then. I called around 7 PM and she was in a rush told me that she could only listen to bits and pieces I was saying because they were busy. She did not know what to tell me but sorry and that they were busy at that time. Seems like it was very unprofessional all the way across the board today. I advised her that we will not be eating there for a long time and she replied oh I'm really sorry to hear that. The only thing I can really do is tell my husband and speak to the server. Horrible response but hey. What she should of said was, I apologize but we are really busy right now is it possible to call at this time (giving me a time or day) or is there a number I could reach you at when business slows down? My family have been customers of dinos. Since they opened there little shack on 5th st hwy .. Food was alwaysgood and amazing potatoe salad. But ever since they opened anotherstore ,this store has suffered in many ways. Staff allways seems confused the orders are rarely correct . its been so bad of late that every order we have placed the last four times has either been wrong or food was not cooked right.. We call to tell them about the issues and they have given us credit for the incorrect food .. We again ordered and order was wrong again.. We where accussed of trying to get free food and was told to go order elsewhere by dino him self ... Wow thats nice !! A customer for so long my whole family has ordered there and this is how they treat a customer of years. .all we wanted was our food done correctly . after all you pay for it . you drive down to pick it up , only to come home ready to eat cause your hungry and you order is notprepared correctly .. Now imsure we are not the only customer who has had this problem cause the disarray is noticable when there alittle busy ,never mind when there really busy. Mass confusion.. Beginning of the new year, new update. Most of the time, the wings are incredible, cooked just right with the perfect medium sauce that has a bit of heat that's enough to give it a great flavor without your mouth burning. The same goes for the California cheesesteaks. They, too, are incredible when made as asked, which is most of the time. The Italian sandwiches, burgers, and fries are also great, and now we've tried the pizza for the first time, and we loved it. I can't believe we haven't tried it before, but their pizza is better than most of the pizza joints around.The prices are average and fair compared to all the other places around to eat in and take out, but every place has to keep raising prices due to the economy. I'll continue to order out whenever I want as long as I can afford to do so. The atmosphere appeals to me also being a boxing fan and everything, including the bathrooms, which seem to be very clean.
