Dunkin' — Restaurant in Muhlenberg Township

7/2025 - This used to be our go-to store (see earlier review below) because it was very customer-friendly. Dunkin, in general, has become far less customer-friendly. If you try to order in-store, you are basically ignored if you don't want to use the app or touch the fingered-up touch screen. Basically, it is faster if we want to eat in-store to use the drive thru then park to go into the store to eat. That's ridiculous, but it's what we do. Sadly, now they frequently don't have the items we prefer, so we always seem to have to settle for something else. If we just want drive-thru service, it's fine. In-store, you are made to feel like a bother. :( Drive-thru is fast and pleasant. The place is clean. The managers will always greet us and chat us up because we have been long-time customers. Dining room service is just not great at all. If you just want to be a drive-thru, why bother designing DDs with a dining area??

Had worst and nastiest experience ever!! I go to this DD once in a while. Almost EVERY SINGLE TIME, the indian men that work there are disrespectful, have lack of patience, and rude. Last night I went through the drive thru, and the young indian guy watched us as we order, and did not put an order in. When we pulled up, he gave us a hard time. We CLEARLY and POLITELY told him we wanted a dark roast ice coffee, and a pumpkin pie donut. Just that simple!. He then proceeded to yell at us, CLOSED his window and signaled us to get out. We asked him if he can open the window and he continued to ignore us, and tell us to leave! Who gets rid of their customers! He was the only worker, and we were also the only drive thru customers. (Inside was closed) we were in shock and very confused!. I don't know who is the owner of this dunkin donuts or who owns this franchise, but they seriously do not know how to run business and are extremely unprofessional!! I am a huge fan of dunkin donuts but the customer service at this store is atrocious! They are open until 10p during the week and you can walk in and/or go through the drive thru but they will absolutely refuse to make you any drink or food after 9pm. Instead of having a sign or just closing at 9pm instead they will give you every excuse not to make your order. It is always the same woman in the drive thru with an very bad attitude and I have heard "the machine is broken", "the machine is being cleaned", "we can't make that right now" and after the 3rd time I stopped in on my way to work on 3rd shift I asked "why do you stay open if I can't order anything past 9pm" and the women said "I can make you hot tea". I was extremely annoyed, I would like a coffee before work too like the rest of the world if you're open you should be selling your products! This is every single night FOR AN HOUR!!!
