This used to be a a great place to go its now 6:43 and we have been here for over 15 minutes and theres only one pizza coming out every 10 minutes but none on the buffet line. The "manager" looks like shes 16 and all the employees are kids they're too busy talking and playing around to get some food coming out and on the buffet line. I have been coming here for over 4 years atleast once a month if not more because this is my kids favorite pizza place and i was a frequent customer but i dont think ill be returning i have three kids ages 6, 4 and 3, my kids were lucky to even have gotten 1 piece of pizza for the entire hour that we were there. I paid almost $30 for nothing because my kids didnt get much to eat. Its absolutely unacceptable i kept requesting pizzas but they only had 1 pizza out on the buffet line so everyone would run up and take it all before we could get up there. My kids filled up on drinks because there literally was just no pizzas coming out til around 7:10 when we decided to leave my kids have school tomorrow and are used to their 7:30 bedtime, i made several attempts asking when there will be some pizzas coming out all i kept hearing for an hour was theyre in the oven now they will be out soon we waited an hour and there was only 6 or 7 pizzas that had come out. The staff were all very young im 24 and they looked younger than me, and sure as hell acted like kids they were to busy playing around and talking to eachother to do their jobs! This was so unbelievably pathetic ! The dinning area was decently filled as well.

Wish I could give negative stars to this place..the employees where just rude saying things like they did not wanna work and one of them was sick and sneezing everywhere. Not enough food most of the pizza bar was empty with no food and they took there time cleaning tables so stacks of dirty dishes all over the place.. One guest there had a party table a child spilled a drink and no one cleaned it up and just ignored it... but the most nasty part of my experience was a huge bug crawling on the floor made my stomach turn and I walked out...I will never set foot in this place again and really this place should be shut down I think its a health concern

Great, made anything on the menu not out fresh when Asked... Only downfall is how they fill the parmesan cheese they take the shakers and scoop in in the big bucket of cheese without cleaning the outside first , think of all the hands that touched it. Sneezing or sick people touching them daily the dig in that big cheese bucket to refill. .then that bucket is put back where ever stored for days or weeks, how ever long it lasts till empty.. as. She went around filling I noticed what under the lids looked like.

My family and I have been patrons at the Reading Infinitos since they first opened. Unfortunately, throughout the years, it has been a rollercoaster ride, but - ever since Mrs. Bridget has been Managing at the helm, the Reading Infinitos has gone from a subpar/good restaurant to an excellent 5 star stellar performance! Mrs. Bridget is a workaholic, an energizer bunny on steroids, and it is contagious, because her team members have elevated themselvres also. You can see and hear the mutual respect. She is always encouraging them. It seems Mrs. Bridget and her well trained crew will do whatever it takes to make their patrons happy. Also it is very nice to be greeted and shoen appreciation for patronage, because they will also acknowledge you when you are leaving. It is one of the few places a family of five can go out, and not break the bank! Unlike other places, Infinitos does not raise their prices during dinner and weekend hours. What a fantastic unheard concept, except for fast food, but - Infinitos is 10 times better then them. Even though they are not speciality or gourmet, they have a huge selection that will wet your appetite and not disappoint. Salad bar has all the primary ingredients, and their dessert selections are also delicious. Multiple pasta dishes are also available. Take out is also an option. The Readibg facility also updated and modernied their bathrooms. The only thing I wish they still had was a party room. My suggestion, when you enter, utilize the section on the right side. Rope it off when you have parties, and unrope when you do not. This is the most cost effective way to utilize the space. Secondly, please gave a tip jar at the cash register, that we can show our appreciate not just to individuals, but - to the entire crew for doing such a great job!!! I love this place, and because of Mrs Bridget, I will frequent more often from Wyomissing. If I go any place else, besides Infinitos & Chinese Jumbo, I feel like I overpaid, and simetimes I even feel I got ripped off. Thank You...

Pros: Wide assortment of pizza flavors and buffet options (they will gladly make your favorite flavor of pizza if it is not already at the buffet), friendly and helpful staff, and the buffet price of $10 with a soda is equal to the quality of the food served. Food quality is what you would expect for $10; nowhere near a 5-star as they use cheap ingredients to keep costs low however, it is edible and you will leave full.

Cons: Bathrooms needs a DEEP cleaning! Debris, wet floors, and grimy surfaces are not acceptable in the restroom of a dining establishment. The cleanliness of the dining area was acceptable however, I noticed a greasy film attached to most tables and seating surfaces and the floor could use a through cleaning. Dessert bar is sparse and the dessert pizzas they have available are dry and tasteless. Bread sticks and pizza crusts have a bland flavor to them and are difficult to chew.

Bottom Line: If you need to feed a large group or family inexpensively, this is a great place to spend your money. Nowhere near a 5-star and not designed to be however, they have lots of options and you can't go wrong with pizzas served...
