The first time Me & My Husband bought from wing stop it was a very bad experience.. waited 25 or a little over 25mins for 10 wings. The staff was not making it any better with their attitude either. So, we just recently decided to give it another chance legit went in 15mins after they opened.. smh another bad experience. Waited 20mins for an 8pc and the staff was just rude and snotty. I get it.. you’s guys just opened but do they not realize that at the time they open some people have their lunch break around that time frame. They actually said to another customer they had to wait because they had just opened but in a snotty way. Literally both staff had attitudes & looked irritated. Twice I went and the staff was just rude. My food.. wasn’t it either. My fry’s was salty & my tenders tasted weird. Not sure if it was the sauce on the tender or the actual tender. Overall 2 bad experience from this location. Never eating from here again.. & if I decide to TRY wing stop again it wouldn’t be from the 5th...
Read moreWhere we're working a job site for the day and needed to get some food so we stopped by to get some Wingstop ordered it 3:19 didn't get our food till 3:45 when asked about when our food would be ready, the staff told us that we just rung up the ticket And then 2 minutes later our food was ready with all of the sauces and everything. And we previously noticed that our sandwiches were probably just sitting there One-Handed our food. Read moreI placed and order for delivery and when I called to follow up with my order after 1 hour and 58 minutes after, I spoke with the manager asking why it was taking so long, first she said I didn't order from that store and never let me talk, she was soo rude on the phone like she was mad with me because i called and then she said that "yes your order is getting ready" really? Then she also treated me to do not call to that store anymore ( seriously). I think if you don't have the capability to deal with people you shouldn't be working with Them, instead there are a lot of farms here in PA to work with animals.... NOT a professional from the manager, and I imagine how she treat the staff.... please check the call I was made at 10:45pm today 1/12/2014 so you can listen how this store is going to lose good clients just this who seems to be angry with her life...
