Citi Trends — Local services in Muhlenberg Township

Nice store reminiscent of Ross, TJ Maxx, etc. Most of the staff were cool with some young ones who need to learn their way. Everything was clean & organized, but they would probably benefit from more room. Good idea for layaway year round. I will return because it's nice to have a closeout retailer in this area w/o hopping on Rte 12...

Dropped in since I haven't been here in a while & I have downgraded my initial rating. There were just a rack full of clothes laying on the floor...a tshirt I purchased on my initial visit no longer has any color to it after being washed in the gentle cycle. The staff didn't even acknowledge us & we were standing right next to them, but I appreciate the teachable moment as I told my son what NOT to do if he gets a job in retail @ 16 y/o. Just wait for Ross to open...

Everything was very nice I bought a few things but what stand out to me the most was that not one single person greeted me or asked if I needed help with something for it being a grand opening you would think any store you go to as an employee you greet your customers. There were some I want to say managers and supervisors talking amongst each other I walked passed plenty of times and still nothing not such a great experience it. The two piece outfit sunglasses and sandles I purchased...

Horrible customer service!!!! I took some fabric into the store to match a pair of shoes for my wedding dress that I'm making and they told me to leave if I didn't leave my bag at the front of the store!!! I offered to let them go through my bag when I checked out but they would not hear of it!!! Lost a customer for life and the word of mouth is the most important for a business!!! Again I say HORRIBLE...
