Arby's — Restaurant in Muncie

There was a cashier during our visit that was exemplary, extremely helpful, friendly, and just all around amazing. After taking our order in a friendly and helpful way, he even brought the food to our table when it was ready, offered to fill our drinks and asked if he could do anything for us. Lol, this is arbys? Had a better experience tonight than I normally would in a high dollar restaurant, all due to this young man. The Cashiers name is Dan, and the man deserves a raise and should be held as an example to the other employees. I manage a business and good help is hard to find, especially one who works hard to make sure the customers are taken care of, up and beyond what any other employee normally would. I hadn't eaten here for a long time because of bad experiences with managment, but if Dan is here I would be more than eager to experience the great service that I did...

My Granddaughter wanted to go here so we did. She had the 4 piece chicken tenders, crinkle fries and a vanilla shake. Her meal was pretty good. Can't go wrong with the chicken tenders. I had the Hush puppy breaded fish , crinkle fries and a Jamoca shake. I do not recommend the fish. It was over cooked and the flavor was bland. I tried but could only eat two of the three. The fries were yummy as usual. Always love the jamoca shake. The bathrooms needed cleaned and fixed. Seemed to need a deep cleaning. The cover to the papertowel holder was completely missing and well it smelled at bit. I still gave a 4 star because the management and staff were very friendly. I'll still come back, just not...

You always get great food at Arby's. You are always greeted by happy workers, eager to assist you with your order. In fact, out of all of the fast food restaurants, I score Arby's the highest because no matter what city you go to, they are consistently polite, helpful, and their food is delicious. Also, IF you ever have an issue, they apologize and make it right immediately. Once when they were super busy, they inadvertently forgot the bag containing 2 orders of fries for my kids. They dispatched an Uber Eats driver AT THEIR EXPENSE to deliver my food. THAT IS A GREAT COMPANY! I wish I could give them 10...
