If I could leave negative stars I would. My wife and I just went through the drive thru to get dinner and were reminded once again why we never eat at Burger King. We were the only ones in the drive thru not a soul in the parking lot besides the employee sitting on the curb smoking. I guess we should’ve took that as a sign as there’s really no reason a restaurant should be completely empty at 630 pm on a Friday night. When we placed our order I couldn’t even get the words out of my mouth fast enough before the woman running the drive thru was saying “is that it?” “Is that it?” “Is that it?” I hate that. I will tell you when I’m done ordering that’s how this works. We got two regular meals, mozzarella fries, and an Oreo shake. Our fries weren’t even a little bit warm, I ordered a large fry my wife got a medium and we had the identical amount of fries in both, so what was the extra charge for the large fries for then exactly? We got an order of mozzarella sticks and were given no marinara sauce after specifically asking for it, what am I supposed to do, raw dog 8 mozz sticks plain? My shake was melted before they handed it to me through the window, how does that even happen? By time we got home (4 minute drive) all of our food was stone cold due to it not even being hot in the first place. Throughout the entire experience we were treated as if we were inconveniencing them by simply being there and ordering food, I will never understand it, if you don’t like your job then get a new one and don’t take it out on me for simply being hungry at dinner time and trying to get fast food. I’m genuinely angry that I paid 30 dollars for food that I wouldn’t even have given my dog. If you wouldn’t eat the food yourself then why serve it to someone? Pure laziness and...
Read moreFood is always great, staff is usually upbeat and friendly, and every time I come and visit, its either just as good as, or better than my last visit there!
This place is AHmazing, and getting better every time I come back!
I moved to Muncie about 6ish months ago, and order fast-food more than I should or care to admit! Of most of the places I've tried, BK on W. Bethel is EASILY my top 3 favorite Fast-Food places! I never thought it would happen again, because Tennessee turned me WAY off of BK, in Indiana though, it's so much different!
The people are ALWAYS friendly, and cracking up with me when I come in. One of the Managers, Blake, is possibly the nicest, most patient, empathetic, and passionate people I have EVER seen work in Food in general, let alone fast food! Every time I go in, I am always looking for Blake's smile and warm welcome!
All of the employees are great, for the most part. There's one guy that works in the mornings (usually drive thru) that needs to work on his Customer Service, so I just go inside now and get my food.
Overall, a 12/10 on the rating scale. I told Blake I would make sure to give him some props, so I hope you...
Read moreWasn't very happy. We had a kinda big order. There was 6 of us. One of the sandwiches was to have NO onion. Well they got onion. Then I ordered a whopper jr meal with mozzela cheese sticks instead of fries. They said they were out of cheese sticks so told the guy I would take the fries. The guy didn't read the order back to us. (Which if there is next time I will ask them too. To save the hassle). When we got our order I had one of those impossible burgers. And that is what they charged me for. I took it upto the counter and told the lady what I had ordered. She was kinda rude about it and ordered me what I wanted to begin with. Yes she did give me my money back. Then I get back to table to find we were short the fries for my cheese sticks. Didn't go back up there. The fries that we did get for the other meals were very salty. Our receipt was very blurry you can hardly read it. We wanted a kids meal with 6 nuggets. Was told they only had 4 and 10. No kids bag with toy in it. Grandson that has aultusm was very upset. It will be a long while if at all that we go...
