Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Muncie

Ya I’m that girl. I’m the one that comes in 15 minutes before close but it was before they closed. My family spent over $60 and made our order. We received it and paid for it at 854 (that’s how long it took to make our order because they had already cleaned and put everything away. I get it. Get stuff done so you can leave early. I have no problem with people cleaning around me but that was not the case. At 902 an employee came out and told us we had to leave because they were closed. That would have been nice to know before we sat down and started eating our meal which included hot sandwiches. He stated that his manager told him he had to tell us to leave. When I asked for manager information, it was declined and he called her (Allison) who stated it was their policy at their store that we had to leave. Again would have been nice to know before we sat down to enjoy our meal. I asked for district manager information and she declined and said she didn’t have it. I asked for franchisee information and she gave me only his first name - carter. So carter if you’re reading this I will NOT be coming back. I was looking for something on the menu and the girl asked what I would like. I told her what I really wanted was hot chicken and portabella mushrooms with provolone cheese. She says that is a 65 which isn't up on the menu. I get it back to work and it has red and green peppers and onions. I am allergic to peppers. I called and while they did apologize there was nothing they were willing to do to make it right. Taylor said I should have informed them of my food allergy. My reply was when I asked for chicken mushrooms and cheese that is what I expected. Again, they would not make it right. I said thank you very much but I will no longer be a Jersey Mike's customer. In addition, Jersey Mike's responded to my review and they say I didn't give them the opportunity to make it right. Two phone calls to the store to two different people and all they said was I'm sorry. I have women that I work with who heard both phone calls. Again, I won't be supporting this store...

Yesterday on November 25th, was my first time in Jersey Mike's, and I had to come back again the next day. It was absolutely everything I had ever heard it was. The restaurant was VERY clean and the staff was very professional and very nice. The food was absolutely incredible. All of the me and cheese is sliced right in front of you, and hot sandwiches are cooked on the grill to order. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food that you are getting. Taylor Escobio is doing an EXCELLENT job at running this establishment. His team is very motivated and very friendly. The atmosphere is wonderful to be around.
