Do NOT order from here! They're disrespectful and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! (This location only)

This below took (45min and 5 calls) We placed an order, didnt receive it (Called back to add chips, was told its too late, the food is out for delivery) Called again to find our order; found out they went to the wrong address. (Ironic because the young lady finished my sentence with my home address prior to taking the order via phone) Simply said "even though thats ridiculous, we're still hungry. Can you bring our food. Again, can you add a bag of chips possibly, especially for lack of service".........phone disconnects...odd? Call back again, asking to speak to the MANAGER, (Kermit Botz) he said hes busy. He finally gets on the phone and says if you want your food come and get it yourself, then HANGS UP! (yea very professional)

long story short, WE DROVE to the store, demanded full refund and went to McDonalds on Tilloston around the corner.

Wouldn't give it one if it didn't make me. I'm here from Florida for my dad's funeral and stopped in drive thru today to order a sandwich. I have never eaten here before, so simply ask what came on the #11. A blad tall guy started to advise me if toppings when some female in the background was mocking me. I then asked if the sub was toasted, and she proceeded to say, "Oh my God, give me a break and make complaints in the background while I was ordering." I then decided to cancel my order due to the rude person in the background who was mocking my order, and after that, I heard her complaining about me canceling the order. I then advised the gentleman at the drive-thru window that it was due to the rude customer service and the person that was speaking in the background. At that point the person in the background said bye okay bye and so I left I did tell her I was putting in a bad customer complaint and apparently she doesn't care about customer service at...

Ordered JJ because I had to work late, sadly my order was 3rd partied to Uber Eats. After 3-4 drivers accepted the delivery then cancelled, I called the store to see what my options were. Olive answered the phone and completely saved the entire experience, cancelled the order for delivery, changed it to pick up and presented me with the best sandwich any one who has worked 12 hours in ridiculous heat could ever eat. I order JJ quite frequently ( more than I honestly would like to admit) because of how amazing this location is and how freaky fast they deliver to my apartment. 10/10 I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this location always goes above and beyond and never fails to deliver tip top...
