McDonald's — Restaurant in Muncie

Well I would have to say this. I don't usually complain often. I hardly ever call in mistakes. But today I was completely flabbergasted. So I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches. I ordered off the value menu section. I wanted 3 sausage Mcmuffins and a sausage biscuit. I thought my total was a little higher then it should of been. But I figured prices have been going up. So when I got home, I figured out they gave me a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. Well that sandwiche is more pricey then what I bought. I politely called and informer them if there mistake. The manager Anna informed me if I wanted the mistake fixed i needed to jump in my car and bring the product back right then. If I didnt they wouldn't do anything to correct the situation. Okay well it's just a few dollars. I agree, but this sort of thing happens there all the time with your orders. If I keep allowing and never speak up. Well then its becomes more my fault. I now very irritated because I have things to do and very much on a tight budget. So I asked her after she continued to insist as if I was getting one over on the restaurant. If I bring it straight back will you also be giving me gas money as well. She laughed and said no. I'm sorry but I caint tun back right at the moment and then I'm making a extra trip on my gas for your mistake. The real feeling of irritability arose when it was so simple to just deduct the extra off my next order. So I change my last review to this. I'm done with that store she made me feel some type if...

Was ignored by counter staff for first five minutes of visit. I was the ONLY customer waiting to purchase. While being waited on I had to tell the clerk 3X what I wanted before she entered it. She had an air of wanting to be ANYWHERE else than work. Line cook Standing around unresponsive of orders on board. Did nothing until window person complained about waiting for order. After 5min of waiting I finally recieved order-- it was incorrect. Tried to get attention of counter person to report it and was ignored until I asked for 2nd time for manager.(who never attended me). Finally recieved new order AFTER cashier opened it bare handed and opened sandwich. After I refused to accept the 2nd sandwich because of this I asked to see a manager again- no luck. Finally recieved a new sandwich. I will not be going back to this McDonald's again. Nor will I pay for employees lunches if they present me with a receipt from this location. These problems result from management that either does not know or does not care how to do its job. Were these employees I unfortunately interacted with and the manager who ignored all attempt to talk to them my employees I would instantly fire the whole lot. Manager first. I would give no stars but it won’t let me. So my daughter and her 2 friends were there eating and were informed by the “AREA SUPERVISOR” that they had 30 mins to eat and then leave!! When I called and asked to speak to a manager this employee gets on and says that there’s no way someone said something like that to a customer especially since they were busy at the moment, so she went and got the Judy person who got on the phone and after I told her the situation she said she was the one who told them that because it’s McDonald’s policy!!! A policy put in place so everyone would have someplace to sit and eat. Now mind you there were plenty of empty tables in the lobby and the girls weren’t bothering anyone. Like when did McDonald’s start a time clock of how long you had to eat before you had to leave???? And there were barely any customers in the restaurant?? I mean about my daughter was soo embarrassed and hurt that she wasn’t allowed to eat at her own pace and enjoy her 2 friends that she hadn’t seen in a while! She even ordered something else so they would be “given” more time to enjoy each others company. Needless to say we will not be visiting that establishment anymore due to the lack of customer service and quality!!! Shame on you...
