Worst service I’ve ever had from a fast food restaurant… came in today for some breakfast it was about 10:15 a.m they were a little busy which coming from someone who has worked in fast food I was being very patient. I was fifth in line and one of the workers came up to the counter, she took 2 orders then went back to whatever she was doing. But as I kept looking it almost felt like she was avoiding taking orders up front. So I continue standing in line expecting someone to eventually come take my order. Usually at this point I would just put my order in one of their kiosk but they were all down so we had to continue waiting in line. At this point it’s 10:25 and there were at least 10 people in line waiting to order at this point me being the third one in line. Well then someone came in because she had something wrong with her order. She calmly explains to the same woman who only took 2 orders earlier what was wrong with her sandwich and she has this annoyed look on her face and she’s almost kinda rude to this poor lady. After she’s done rolling her eyes she finally comes back to the front counter to take more orders but at this point it’s 10:30 so it’s now lunch time. The guy in front of the line asked if she could still serve breakfast and she said sorry but we’re serving lunch now. Several people were not happy about this and I don’t blame them. So the person I was with kindly confronted this woman and said well we’ve been waiting in line for 15 minutes for breakfast and not once did you bother taking our order. And she responds with well sorry I’m not on orders and we’re short staff…. This is just outrageous to me. I’ve worked in fast food for 4 years and for 2 of those years we were short staff but that is never an excuse for not taking people’s orders. She was completely rude and you could tell she didn’t even bother trying to do her job because all I saw was someone being lazy and hiding by the drive thru window pretending to do her job and that’s unacceptable. I’ve never had issues with this McDonald’s but after this experience I don’t even want to go back. That woman deserves...

Hello my name is Douglas I was at McDonald's around 9:30 a.m. I'm homeless a Christian. Somebody felt sorry for me one of the people that go to church with I want to buy me a hot coffee and a sandwich. First off the place is always dirty either I'm watching Jerry curls off the table what are hashbrowns thing in front of the cashier takes orders. So the cashier was talking to her nephew probably a dope boy. I asked can I get some service please after I waited a little bit and I seen that we're going to be late for church my mom plays the piano and I ring the bell. The facts not important that I needed something hot to drink to start my day even though I've been out in the cold rain. So this review I hope people look at so anyhow the cashier got smart with me I told another customer that she he just ignores me. Her nephew I said what I said last time I talked to my mom like that I said people talk like my mom like that all the time. He said he would bust me in the mouth. So all the yuppies in McDonald's still on the side what the rest of community does they inspire hate and don't take up for each other so I was late for church I'm almost late and I called in a complaint to the corporate office. I trained the guy a long time ago that owns McDonald's now. Check your records if you want to do a background check check it to I don't have nothing to hide anymore. I'm a recovering drug addict has been recovered from God. I stand up for what I believe in I stand up for somebody else that cannot stand up for themselves. Too bad nobody will stand up for me. So you think before you go into McDonald's do you want to do cleanup do you want your order right do you want to go to the drive-thru and bring it back after leaving drive thru LOL. Nobody stands up so your orders are never right because somebody that's not educated has no reason to open...

Horrible service. We got to the food window we’re handed our food and one drink. Before we were asked to pull up we asked for some sweeteners. The employee said, “ok, pull up to the third window” not even acknowledging our request for sweeteners. After we pull up I am very unhappy so, I walk inside leaving the driver in the drive thru. When I go inside I was finally helped by someone who resembled the manager (but didn’t look or act like one). He asked me if I was helped I said no and stated that I would like some sweeteners and specified the brand name and color. He said ok swiftly walked away and started bagging food items and talking to other workers. I was extremely angry at this moment that we were ignored TWICE. So, when I get back to the vehicle I tell the driver what happened. The driver went inside and talked to the manager. The manager states he was getting the sweeteners and when he turned around I was gone. Keep in mind I was waiting long enough that I was considering going behind the counter and getting them myself. Not only are the staff rude and ignorant, they lie as well. I will no longer be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone EVER. If zero stars was an option this review would be one of the many zero...
