Let me start off with I don’t like giving neg reviews and honestly it’s the only second time I’ve ever gave one but after specifically asking for 5 extra that we were totally aware that would cost extra for the sauces because we had 2 10 piece nuggets and 6 piece happy meal and after getting to the window for the food we noticed no extra sauces only to be told we were not getting any extra sauces because we had to pay for them by the rudest excuse of a manager I have encountered apparently the person who took our order waved the additional cost of the extra sauces so we said whatever not arguing about it we will pay for them whatever we need to do so we can go on our way we’ll after wasting enough time and $30 dollars of food getting cold this snarky excuse for a manager tells us if you want extra sauces get back in line that we waited already for at least 10-15mins In that was still back all the way up to the entrance still so basically our options were wait and have cold food waiting for 20 mins or leave and have warm food and share couple sauces for almost 30 nuggets seriously who decided to give such a rude excuse of a human a position of a manager also this isn’t our first experience with her but this definitely tops it off I refuse to accept anyone showing such unprofessional disrespect and be talk to like we’re bums for nothing because you’re employee waved the sauces first off why does he have the authority to wave it if a manager doesn’t approve of it and it’s on the receipt we requested them and shows waved AND I REALLY HOPE THE MANAGER GETS TO READ THIS BECAUSE OUT OF RESPECT OF MY KIDS BEING PRESENT I CHOOSE TO BE THE ADULT AND NOT ESCALATE THE SITUATION BUT IM LIVID I am doing everything possible to get some sort of a apology this whole thing is RIDICULOUS and it’s not something we DESERVE TO HAVE SOME POWER TRIP MANAGEMENT JUST talking over my wife not even letting her say a word without her just saying HAVE A GOOD DAY WITH a snarky smile like a 5 year old tease another child like hahaha! Read moreThis McDonald's is right around the corner from my mom's house. So when my kids and I pick her up to do errands or get togethers, it is very convenient that it is so close. Before we when have went, they frequently mess up our food and I make lots of trips back inside to get things fixed. Today, however, was my last straw. I writing this review to warn customers that they tried to steal my money today.
We stopped today (August 23rd, 2015), around 5:30pm and put our order in at the drive thru. My total was $13.03. I pulled up to the first window and asked if they would let me pay some with cash and the rest on my card and the woman happily said of course. So I gave her my $5 bill and said I wanted to pay $5 in cash and they rest on the card. It only took a minute and she was handing me my receipt and saying have a good day. Thankfully, I always ask for a receipt and always check it, due to having things so screwed up in the past. And sure enough, my receipt showed the full total being paid with "Cashless" and nothing about my $5 which meant she had charged the full amount to my card and did, I can only imagine what with my $5 bill. So into a parking spot then inside we went, I spoke to a manager and showed my receipt. She went to the back, got me a $5, then apologized in a super cheerful mood like she had just forgotten to give me a napkin, rather then $5. I seriously doubt the employee got any consequences at all, let alone even just a "you need to be more careful". So lesson learned today: EVERYONE PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!!!

Read moreI rarely do a bad review, but sometimes I feel they are warrented. We don't eat out often or go to this location ever anymore since they have messed up orders in the past for our "large family of 5" (their words) before, but we were right there and in a rush. Mistake again on our part. We were missing a small fry, large fry, double quarter pounder with cheese (it had some modifications so of coarse upcharged for each) and a hamburger. Some other things were incorrect also, and we have a fairly simple order, "large" in their opinion or not. We always try to check, but we also do not want to be 'that person' holding up the long line because they aren't as quick as other locations either. We unfortunately didn't notice until we arrived home, we did think the items were there since we had quite a few multiples of the same items, apparently they just chose to only place a number of them in the bag and call it a day. Who REALLY wants to go back out into the chilly weather and drive a few miles, like they would suggest we do. So, we're just out about what? $20 from our order. The staff could care less.
