I have had terrible experiences with both Hill Rd locations. While I see all complaints are the same as mine are in the reviews, lots of apologetic responses, but nothing ever done to correct them. I was excited to see the new location, but did not take long to figure out it was the same owner. You leave a bunch of kids to run your stores that have little experience and poor work ethic. Sometimes they can be friendly, but often rude. Covid is no longer an excuse, it was terrible before and now. No one answers the phone, ap ordering shut down, waiting in drive thru for 40 minutes for one smoothie(1 car in front of me ordered 2 smoothies), kids swaggering past while doing nothing, no one at registers, not enough fruit and more ice than anything 50% of the time on smoothies (especiallyat GB location). Always out of specialty flavors. Skimpy portions that are inconsistent, today maybe 6 small chunks of chicken in my salad. Try this: Hire a good ADULT manager that HAS food experience and hire twice as many employees as you think you need, TRAIN PEOPLE!!!! Treat it like you care for crying out loud. To be honest you shouldn't even have a franchise. This cannot be the company's image they want out there....

But when my food got to me it’s was freezing cold and not to mention my smoothie was melted. If I could give the DoorDash that brought my food a 0 I would. Also if I could take back a tip I would. No where did it say he was double dashing or anything but I guess tropical smoothie employees said hey take this other persons food first, even though I’m literally 5 minutes down the road at work. Read moreI ordered two smoothies, a wrap and a flatbread through the app. When I arrived, nobody greeted me at all, which after working 6+ years in foodservice I expect. I arrived at the time the app told me to, but they hadn't made the food items yet. Instead of telling me "so sorry we will have that right out for you", I waited between 5-10 minutes with several employees walking by and not acknowledging me at all.
