One of the Worst Customer Services I have experienced. Should be 0 stars. Went in the store and ordered 2 items online. Both claimed to be in store the following week. The tracking information never updated, so I call the store 3 days after it should have been delivered. Associate tells me ring is out for resizing and necklace is sitting in the safe. I received an email following day saying necklace is ready for pickup. 10 min after that email I receive another stating Final notice and I have 3 days to pickup necklace. I call the store again asking if I can just pickup both items since ring is still out for resizing. A different associate then tell me she has no clue where the ring is and then concludes it doesn't looked like it shipped. I'm confused at this point. I had been charged for both items. I am not giving a reason as to why I was charged initially if no one can tell me where the product I ordered is. Now a different associate(assuming manager) is trying to explain that they don't have a record of receiving the ring and it has not been shipped. Again, I am confused because the previous day my ring was apparently already in repair. I am then given a number to call to track down a product I paid for instead of the manager/associate doing it. I purchased an engagement ring for my sig other for Christmas… Christine or Christina, sorry I can’t remember her name, sold me the ring which was beautiful. I purchased the warranty plan and the ring I purchased was too small. We took the ring to the opry mills location to have resized. The repair completed by that store was horrible. We took the ring to the location in Murfreesboro since we live in the boro. The lady that helped my sig other advised that the ring needed to be replaced because the “repair center” that opry mills had used butchered it so badly. The lady at the Murfreesboro location told us that the ring would go to Jared down the street and wouldn’t leave Murfreesboro. Our anticipated repair return date was 1/23. 1/23 came and went and the ring was not back at zales. She went by zales to inquire and they advised that the ring did not go to Jared. Today, 1/27, the ring was “ready.” Well.. as soon as you get home and out of the hospital lighting at zales, you notice that the ring has knicks all over it and you can see where the cut marks were done. We regret buying from this company and will end up “living” with the shotty work that was performed a 2nd time. I have came for the last five years and buy my wife a Christmas present from Zales store I always use Cindy because of her great customer service. This year I came to the store because I had bought my wife a new car for Christmas I just want to get something simple and not cost too much so I told Cindy I want to get something around $300. She is very patient with me and you make sure that she found something in my range. She worked with me for almost an hour show me several different pieces until she found the one that I would like, that's what I call going above beyond customer service. I also sent my son-in-law to Zales to buy my daughter a present and I told her to ask for Cindy don't tell her I sent him to her. I want to see what kind of customer service she gave my son-in-law when he came back he called me and told me that she was excellent and found the perfect gift they want to buy for my daughter once again she goes above and beyond what she should make your customers happy thank you Cindy for five years of great customer service I will continue to come to Zales and buy something from you.
