firstly, the employee at the counter was playing the golf stimulator with his friend, quite literally, the entire time we were there. mind you, we have never been to this establishment. we obviously didn’t know how to operate the computer. our screen repeatedly had issues with not detecting the throw/swing. not shockingly, the employee was no where to be found. he had no clue customers were there. the girl at the bar was basically working the entire place herself.
it gets better. while swinging golf clubs, children from another area repeatedly ran into our bay. we easily could have unintentionally hit them causing significant injuries. again, the employee was no where to be found to tell the children to stop. should the parents have told them to stop? yes. however, i do believe it’s the employee’s job to perform quality safety checks. instead, i had to be the one to go over to their parents. and the children continuously rough housed.
after waiting for help and no answer, we decided to cancel the remainder of our time. we thought we were gonna pay for the 1 hour instead of 2. turns out they charged me for 3 hours, resulting in over a $200 charge.
it took the owner over a week to get back to me. after 2 emails, 1 instagram dm, and 2 phone calls- i finally got my money back. however, the owner never called me and the manager said he would. just a very, very messy experience. i will not be...

No where does it say on the menu about modifying items will result in a charge to the customer. Nor were we updated by the employee. They just said it was what they were told. Please put this somewhere for your guests to know before we order.
We come here weekly to play trivia on Thursday's and some weeks its awesome and others not so much. I get we are a big group and it's hard to keep track of every person in the area. But when people's orders don't come for over 30 minutes and get lost in the shuffle, some organization with orders should be made. Also the frozen margarita's are too expensive. To add flavor to them is an extra 2 buck add on. So two margaritas will cost you close to 30 bucks. The pizza's have good flavor but the quality is in and out weekly. Don't get me wrong there are some really great servers that work there and I keep coming back for them and for trivia obviously. It can get noisy in the building fast but plenty of tv's to catch your favorite game on. Parking can be a headache during rush times in this area also. Be...
Read moreWent to happy’s with a group of friends on Saturday afternoon. We wanted to get a few drinks and grab something to eat. We ordered the food before we ordered our drinks. We got chicken tenders with tater tots and burger sliders. Our drinks came out quickly but were really watered down. (We got coke and Malibu). We waited 40 minutes for our food to come out. When it came out, it was very bad. I’m sorry. I hate to describe food like that but it felt like they just microwaved some frozen chicken tenders, burgers, and tater tots. It was soggy and lacked any flavour. I always wondered how this place isn’t packed and now I get it. On the surface it looks like a cool sports bar that has bunch of different activities. But the food was not good and the service was horrible as well. At no point did they come to check on us or apologize that it takes literally 40 minutes to get chicken fingers. I do not recommend going in there. Drinks are bad. Service is bad. And food is beyond disgusting. Bad experience and I won’t be back. Our bill was $80 for 3 people (only two of us got a drink)....
