I always wonder why there are places where the welcoming to customers is as cold as ice , well, that happens with this place in particular, I really love the food and the interaction waitresses has with their customers but the front desk people ( probably the managers or owners ) they welcome you with a very long and ungrateful face when it has to be different, so, that makes me change my review and my perspective of their customer service towards the visits they have . Hopefully they improve that area on themselves and for future customers. Because of that this is my last time coming here. I just share this for next customers to read this. ----------------------------- When we visited this place with my husband, we were ready to order almost the whole menu and ready to spend whatever this meals costs hahaha The food of this place is delicious or maybe It's just me that I'm so in love with Ramen plates so, I can't hate this meals ...prob! I can suggest you this place with my eyes closed haha so sure you will love it and waitress are 100% polite . Restrooms are 100% clean , so don't feel worry to use it. Kitchen is open, so you can see how they prepare your meal, maybe for you to feel more comfortable eating your food.

It was different. Very nice remodel of the building. Super easy to find - directly across from Dodges. Clean, neat and well staffed. They don't have Spring Rolls though. If you order a Spring Roll - it's just an egg roll with more of a vegetable inside. No Spring Rolls / fresh rolls. They do have forks. I asked for standard tableware and commented "I wasn't very good with sticks and forks were more efficient." The response was "Yeah, if you never learned how to eat with chopsticks." Sorry, I'm not a customer that will eat soup with chopsticks if there's a fork. Call me uninspired. The soup was pretty good, presentation superb and as pictured. Good job making real life look like the menu's sample picture. Service was excellent but here's another place that needs to thoughtfully consider what music they have in the dining area. If the mix or station is in a genre that is known for inappropriate lyrics or profanity - I have to withhold a star or two. Under the circumstances, I can't say it's kid-friendly. But on the positive - food was good, place clean, service excellent. The place definitely had a vibe. Just for fun - the bucket was equally off-putting. Roll Tide! If you have not been there, give them a shot.

Sat at the bar and Priscilla was my server who explained the menu and while I wanted a beer their selection is very limited so I went with water. Decided on the Chicken Karaage as an appetizer and the Tonkotsu Shoyu for the ramen option. Sadly, the Chicken Karaage was rather boring both in the flavor of the chicken along with the Aioli style sauce for dipping…I didn’t even finish them. But when Priscilla placed the bowl of ramen in front of me…the wonderful aroma caused me to push aside the appetizer and concentrate on the ramen. The pork broth was perfectly flavored and was absolutely delicious…plus the noodles were plentiful and were perfectly cooked. The sliced Chashu (pork belly) was tender and had great flavor…if you want to add extra to this dish…add more Chashu it’s that good! Everything else in the bowl just complimented the overall dish and the soft-boiled eggs…YUM. So while the appetizer was not great, the ramen bowl was one of the best I’ve had in a very long time. Great ramen, good service, and a nice place to enjoy some ramen this winter.

This is THE BEST restaurant in Murfreesboro. I called in at 8:55 and asked if they could possibly do a pickup order even though they closed in 30 minutes. I'm sick, and all I want is spicy soup to clear my sinuses. I told her that it was absolutely okay if it was too late, but she was so nice and told me it was okay. I got my food, and I was expecting the stuff from the end of the night (which would've been totally fine since I'm the one who ordered at the end of the night.) But no, it was very fresh and well packaged. Their to go bowls have a separate part for your broth so everything doesn't get soggy.

My husband and I eat here in person a lot, and all of the staff are so friendly. The service is fast too, and you get your food quickly. But they never make you feel like they're rushing you or anything.

The portion sizes are HUGE. I have a large appetite, and the bowls are two meals for me. My husband works in the heat all day, and sometimes he doesn't get a lunch. The bowls are still two meals for him. The value for what you're paying is there. The prices are so cheap too when you compare to other sit down restaurants. We can feed two people for less than $35, before tip, and we both get some of the most expensive stuff on the menu.

The flavors of the food are amazing. I've gotten just about everything on the menu, and I've never ever been disappointed. Not once. I will warn everyone, the spicy ramen is not playing around. I LOVE spicy food, and I get the the regular. Anything more will set you on fire.

All in all, this place will exceed your expectations. They go above and beyond for their customers, and the food...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The atmosphere and appetizer were the only good things about it.

It was our first time here and maybe we caught them on a bad day. I got the chicken bowl, I can’t remember the exact name of it, but the chicken was undercooked and tough and the broth tasted very watered down and almost stale? No good flavor to speak of. My boyfriend got the garlic tonkotsu bowl and while not PERFECT, it was heaps better than the one I had gotten, far more tolerable to say the least.

I expressed my concern with the waitress, politely bc I’ve been raised right (I’m generally not a Karen in this instances) the waitress went and spoke with the manager who informed us that they did not comp bowls for any reason generally and I would have to pay for that bowl and whatever bowl I would like to replace it with. This would not have been an issue if it was just a personal quarrel I had with the flavor myself, but even my significant other tried it and he agreed that it was BAD. The first bowl was already 13$, I was not paying 26$+ for me to eat one bowl of ramen because the one they delivered the first time was bad. I waited for my boyfriend to finish, left the full bowl there on the table, paid for both bowls and the gyoza and left.

Both broths tasted watered down and rushed. If I were you, I would go with the garlic tonkotsu and appetizers bc nothing else is really...
