Subway — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

First time visiting but not first time being a Subway customer. I do want to say however that over the many years I've watched employees make my sandwiches, never have I seen anyone like Patel. He was diligent and precise like it was an art, and I'm not a simple person when it comes to my sandwiches. For example I got the foot long chicken bacon ranch on artisan bread, added marinara sauce which he put the right amount on but still asked if it was enough, then I got pepper jack cheese, and wanted it lightly toasted. When it came to the toppings I got spinach, bell pepper, handful of black olives, and jalapenos. Patel laid it all out beautifully but without wasting time doing so, and then topped with chipotle southwestern sauce, which he didn't just glob all over nor did he just add a little dab. I enjoyed that sandwich more than any other I have had before because there was LOVE in making it and I could taste it.

I ordered online on the app when I arrived I showed the employee my phone who said it prolly just hasn’t come thru yet and proceeded to make my order. When he was done an Indian man asked to see my phone again and I showed him at which time he informed me it had been placed at another subway on broad st which was a mistake on my part. I asked if he could cancel or call the other store and let me just get this one since I was here. He said no and insisted I also pay for the sandwich they just made even though their employee looked at the same screen shot I showed the Indian man before the sandwich was made. I go to this subway 1-2 times a week and I asked the man if he couldn’t just comp this one so I didn’t have to go to the other subway. Janette and Shelby we’re absolutely amazing! Words cannot express how much I truly enjoyed and appreciated their customer service. Their work ethic was out of this world. I’ve worked customer service at Vanderbilt for years and believe me when I tell you, these girls deserve recognition for their hard work and enthusiasm. I admire and respect them so much!
