The View at Fountains — Local services in Murfreesboro

We used The View at Fountains for our wedding and we had a blast using this venue. It was a very beautiful and classy venue. The reason for my 3 star rating is because:

1.) Our wedding was on a Sunday and there must’ve been another event the night before (which was fine) but the venue was left filthy. We came early so we could set-up our decorations but because the place was very filthy we ended up cleaning the majority of the venue. I finally reached out to Heather (manager) and asked if the cleaning crew came and apparently they came at 5:00am in the morning. Finally a lady came to the venue and asked us “what else needs to be cleaned” clearly the floor was greasy and sticky, fingerprints all over the glass, cups on the balcony, slices of lemons on the floor but apparently the cleaning crew doesn’t think there’s anything else to clean. On top of that she had a nasty attitude with my helpers about doing her job.

2.) The communication was TERRIBLE. We reached out to the manager NUMEROUS times via email and phone and never heard anything from them other that the when it’s time to pay up. We also tried to stop by there and no one was attending their office. It took us a long time to finally able to reach someone and that’s not professional at all.

We could not be more thrilled about our wedding experience at The View at Fountains in Murfreesboro!!! The venue itself is breathtaking and includes a luxurious bridal suite. It was an added bonus having a groom's room as well with a large screen tv for streaming and foosball table! The ceremony/reception area has wall length glass windows over looking the trees and city on the fourth floor. The covered terrace is an incredible option for an outdoor ceremony or cocktail hour area. Katie Walker, the manager, is fantastic!! Her friendly and professional attitude throughout the entire process from start to finish was phenomenal!! She truly cared about making our special day as fun and seamless as possible. The entire staff was wonderful from setting up chairs and tables, to cleaning up in between weddings, to assisting guests on the day-of, and so much more!! Even the security guards were incredibly accommodating at the end of night with helping us efficiently wrap everything up! If we could give more than a 5 star rating, we would!! We cannot recommend The View enough for weddings!!...

My husband and I got married at The View at Fountains, and let me tell you I have nothing but good things to say about this Venue. We both were born and raised in Murfreesboro, and we just love knowing it was a perfect location for us, but our guest as well. A big part of picking this place was, well it wasn’t a barn.. which if you’re from Murfreesboro there is a lot of options for that. The View at Fountains is bright and spacious. They also supplied tables and chairs with your package, which if your venue shopping you know that’s a BIG plus. They have a room for the brides and bridesmaids, but also a grooms suite!!! A BIG component, because it’s so nice to have everyone in one place. Nina is absolutely fabulous and helps you with y’all your questions. There is a portal to communicate and make your payments, so nice to have everything in ONE place. If your looking for a venue I highly suggest this one. I can’t say enough good things.
