Been coming here for four years and that ends today. On top of the consistently bad customer service from young people who don’t work here long, tonight my wife who did not know better was charged for something they DO NOT charge for (got confirmation of that from other staff after). I have always gotten a cup of whipped cream on the side of a float that comes with it because they never put enough on top. Sent the wife in to get our order, she comes out and I realize she was taken advantage of and charged for a cup of whipped cream??? Never once have I had that happen. Go back in and confront, to be told it was “a mistake” due to inefficient training and once they were called out and I pushed it was refunded, but with a couldn’t care less attitude as always.
