I've drank Just Love coffee exclusively for about the past 5 years. We mostly make it at home, and so early on bought an airscape canister which gets us discounted refills of whatever beans they have available that day. When this location opened, I started coming here to get my semi monthly refill since this location is closer to my work. From the beginning, no one seemed to be familiar with the airscape canister, and so I had to walk them through the process of ringing up my refill. At first, I figured this was because it was a new location and the employees would eventually be trained completely. It has now been nearly a year, and about half the time I'm still having to tell the employees how to ring up my order. Today, it took 2 employees about 15 minutes to put beans in a can. I had to tell them to use the scale to weigh the beans and how much they were supposed to charge me. Even then, they forgot to zero the scale and still couldn't figure out the register and so tried to charge me $20 for about 4 ounces of coffee beans. After I pointed this out to them, I'm pretty sure they just filled up the can all the way and severely undercharged me to just move things along. Hopefully, this will catch management's attention and you will finally fully train...
Read moreThere is a wonderful smell of baked apple pie in here! They have a treat called Apple pie bites, which is a cinnamon roll with chopped green apples, so I'm sure that's where the smell comes from. I had an iced tea and worked remotely, and the place had quite a bit of seating and it was comfortable, with the music being quiet enough that I could concentrate. When I was finished, I walked outside and found all kinds of outdoor seating, in shade and sun, and some quite hidden. There are even some tables next to a large stand of hydrangea! It was a gorgeous day and looked like a very pleasant place to sit, listen to the music played overhead, and relax. There were other little shops to explore, and it looks like three stages and a large geodesic dome in the back near a field that was large enough to hold a soccer match. What a lovely place to visit for morning...
Read moreNice place to hang out, but not the first place I would reccomend if you are a coffee person. The everything bagel was very good, the blueberry rubios hot tea was ok. The hummus itself was good but the veggies were not very fresh and the pita was definitely not fresh. I was very excited about the kalamata olives that the menu says the hummus comes with but it does not actually include olives and I asked the staff who said they don't even have olives.. no big deal, just pointing it out. I am a big fan of flavored lattes, but I got one (the lumberjack) and I didn't even want to finish it. It's sickeningly sweet and seemed to have basically no coffee in it.. I enjoy this place and will come back for the experience, but I will probably stick with something safe like drip coffee and bagels...
