Waffle House — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

April 28, 2024: It was a family outing, we all love Waffle House. My adult child had a waffle, bacon, apple juice and water; I had a strawberry waffle, bacon-egg bowl with a side of sausage gravy and water; my husband had a steak breakfast bowl, waffle, and lemonade (lots of food made for great leftovers the next day). Our server was awesome (I apologize for not knowing your name, but your daughter had broken her ankle on a hike. I hope she is okay), and Chef Kyle was wonderful. Both were lots of fun, food was great, and we enjoyed their company as well as the food. We go to this Waffle House often as it's our favorite. We look forward to visiting again. Thank You!!!!!

PS: On a side note, for Google Maps, if someone knows how to make separate entries when we visit the same name store it would be a helpful tool to know. Thank You.

May 31, 2024: Harold our chef and Virginia our server was wonderful, friendly, visited with us as if we were friends and regulars. I appreciated the welcoming spirit. The food was served quickly, and we enjoyed every bite. The waffle was thin crispy and fluffy, the bacon crispy, the egg perfectly over easy, the hash browns a perfect combination of crunch to tender. I only wish coffee had been hot and fresh. Not the best service or food. I asked for a sunny side up egg and the cook brought me a plate with the rest of the food and the eggs. He asked if the eggs were ok when the top of the egg was still clear jelly. I said no thats not sunny side up it needs to cook longer. He proceeded to tell me that he wasn't allowed to flip it. I replied its for my 3 yr old so it has to be done enough she won't get sick. He did fix the issue right away and cooked them longer. Then placed the eggs back onto the plate that they had just previously been sitting. I did removed the toast just incase the raw egg had touched the it. The waffles were the last thing to come. Had to ask the cook for a refill on drinks as the waitress was to busy on her phone to return to the table to ask about service or anything. I wanted a waffle to go, ended up asking the cashier who was in training as I was paying. Some more training is needed for all...

Staff friendly, good clean environment, but we ask for 1 special to split between myself and husband and we ordered scrambled eggs 🥚 raisen toast, medium well done Hash browns, it comes with a waffle 🧇 and 2 sausage! Ok she told him the order and in 4 minutes 🙄 😒 which was SUPER FAST TO US our food came back and we got regular toast not raisen, over easy eggs not scrambled, RAW sausage, and NO WAFFLE AT ALL and Barley cooked hash browns!🤔🙄😒 so basically he cooked the way he wanted too!! 🤔 it was 5am I know staffing shortages and they are over worked but come on really! It was 4 people there you really could have taken your time to get it right! Very disappointing!!! We just scattered the food around and left but service was really friendly so we didn't complain!
