We used to love this place. Would come on average once a week but the last few months service has been painfully slow. One Sunday we waited two hours for food after going to the manager twice to ask if they lost our order. One of the young men helpers kept giving attitude saying “it just takes time and everyone has to wait” instead of checking if they lost our order. everyone had come and gone and literally two hours went by while the guest at our table had their food in 30 minutes. The third time I inquired the manager on duty just made the food himself and it came out wrong lol. Clearly there is a breakdown in management here, I got a pretty weak apology if you could call it one.
after assuming it was just one off day we’ve gone back several times and still same experience. Painfully slow even when I ordered ahead. Now today we’ve been in the drive through line over 45 minutes being the second car and still no luck. I guess a place we visited frequently will be no more. People were leaving so frustrated, I felt bad for the lady serving our food as everyone was angry with her and she was so kind.
Hopefully they’ll get things back on track. I know I wasn’t the only one as many other customers were discussing the issues and left to go somewhere else.

Read moreI have ordered from Jason’s deli maybe a handful of times and this location is pretty awesome. The food is good. My kids absolutely love the meatballs and pasta! The beefeater is what I usually order along with the spicy seafood gumbo ( which is actually quite delicious considering it’s being made in a fast food restaurant in the middle of Murphy, Tx.), but the most important quality of this place is that the customer service is top notch! This particular time there were a few items missing in my order after receiving from Uber eats delivery. I called the store and they were extremely friendly and were apologetic for the mess up. The manager, Blake, said that he would deliver the items missing to my home, which I greatly appreciated after paying Uber eats delivery fee plus tip. Shortly after Blake himself arrived to my home with the missing items and I was in complete shock! The manager himself went above and beyond to personally deliver my food. I don’t know about you, but I would call that exceptional customer service! He even threw in some extra goodies for the inconvenience. I’m happy I didn’t have to leave the comfort of my own home and Blake made a customer feel like a celebrity today! Thank you so much and I will be more than happy to order from Jason’s deli again. Read moreWe frequent this location a lot (almost weekly) and usually have no complaints. However, our last visit showed us how lacking the customer service can be. We came in about an hour before closing on a week night (there was only one other party dining) and I ordered my usual chicken club salad. Upon taking my first bite, I immediately had a sharp pain in my mouth and discovered that the piece of chicken was frozen solid. After checking, I realized that ALL of the chicken pieces were frozen. I brought this to the staff's attention and was told they would get me new chicken. 15 mins later, one of them returned to our table and explained that they only had frozen chicken left and that they had left some out to thaw for me, but "this was all we can do for you". The "thawed" chicken they brought me to replace the original was indeed still completely frozen. The staff couldn't be even be bothered to use one of the multiple microwaves available to them to heat up my chicken, so I essentially overpaid for a regular salad. I really hate to leave negative reviews, but this experience has left us never wanting to return to this location if staff acts like it's an inconvenience to give me what I paid for and use their brains to actually think outside of the box to give good...
