My fiancée purchased a smoothie bowl from here, we were both looking at the health booster shots while waiting in the lobby area, but we decided not to buy any after hearing about the price of them, we put them back after we were done looking at them. After my fiancée got her smoothie bowl, we left and were sitting in my truck. The employee comes out on the phone with someone, approaches my fiancée in our vehicle, accusing her of stealing one of the shots. Extremely insulting & humiliating. My fiancée exited our truck, showed the employee her purse to prove she didn’t steal anything. If your business is so worried about the shots being stolen put them behind the counter! & don’t approach your customers vehicles accusing them of stealing! literally insane. i tried using my free small smoothie reward, and placed a delivery order. i only had to pay for the delivery fee. then it got cancelled. i called and they said they’re gonna refund my delivery fee and then i can go back to the store to use my free smoothie reward ANYTIME. so three weeks later i go back. and i tell them everything and they claim that my delivery fee was technically paying for the smoothie and since they refunded me for the DELIVERY FEE, i can’t use my free smoothie reward. how on earth does that make sense? so ridiculous, wasted 45 minutes of my time. never going back...

On May 4th, I visited Nekter Juice Bar and ordered the Berry Banana Burst drink. Unfortunately, my experience at Nekter Juice Bar was extremely disappointing. The service was subpar, with a watered-down drink that didn’t meet expectations. When requesting a refund due to the poor quality, I was denied with the explanation that the drink would go to waste.
