I really enjoyed my the visit prior to this latest visit (notice how I did not say recent because this recent visit had to be the worse customer service I had ever had). I ended up going here to try the promo for beyond chicken with the "buy 1 bowl, get one free" offer.

For some reason, the person who was working the drive-thru must have had a stressful time since it was 11:30AM or was just plain rude.

I was told that they needed to scan the paper coupon and not a coupon code, so I parked, made an online order for pickup instead (which was the same things I had ordered in the drive-thru, I told them to reserve it cause I am going to come back around to pick up the original order), this man asked me if i made an extra order ( which I didn't, it was for the original drive-thru order I had made) and then kept asking me if I had the coupon... I just PAID for my order ONLINE. I don't need to show you a paper coupon when I have already used the code online and paid.

Thankfully, one of nice older employees helped guide him to realizing that I had already paid for my order (the same original order when I initially wen through the drive-thru) and he finally gave me my food. I was really confused as to why the guy had to give me a hard time when the order is part of a promotional offer and I paid for my order and applied the coupon code to the online order myself. Big thanks to the nice, old worker there to help guide the drive-thru employee to come to his senses...

I really believe this is a bad representation of Panda Express in Murphy Texas. Yes you can go and get your food like any other Panda Express. The reason that I think is pretty serious with this location and the workers there is just plain laziness And lack of consideration. I have ordered Panda Express on Uber eats and at least five or six times. They'll never forget the fortune cookie but they will forget the soy sauce they'll never forget the fortune cookie but they will forget the soy sauce Which basically gives zero flavor to the rice or the chow mein. Here's what's even more upsetting. I have called multiple times and I mean multiple times over and over and over when they are still open. Just to make sure they put soy sauce in my bag and they will purposely ignore the phone. It's very disturbing, very upsetting. Very frustrating at every level and you're trying to eat your one meal of the day and have some dinner but because it's Uber eats or because it's late or 30 minutes before closed, they don't pick up the call. This is not the hood. This is Murphy Texas. Stop being entitled and take care of your customers. It's ridiculous. I don't appreciate it. They need to have a manager step up or regional manager needs to get called. I've already decided I'm going to reach out to corporate. It's happened so many times and nothing...

I was treated like a piece of SH—— first off my order was taken with rudeness like I wasn’t belong here afterwards my order came to a total of 45 dollars and some change. So I politely gave the cashier 60 dollars cash he said do you have a 5 in change so I did have a 5 in my purse with the change. He closed the register without giving me my 20 dollars back after being torched and sitting there a whole hour. After the manager argued me down you gave him 40 dollars I explained to him I just left Wells Fargo getting a 100 dollars out the ATM so I knew exactly what I had. He went to the back of the store and looked at the video and LONG AND BEHOLD I COUNTED 3 20 dollars bills out to the cashier. My food was cold so long and afterwards I still had to tell them to give me my 3 lemonade Minute Maid drinks. The cashier didn’t apologize and all the manager could say to me was everyone makes mistakes after I just made it clear your cashier took 20 extra dollars from me PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WATCH YOUR CHANGE AND TRANSACTIONS THEREFORE I WANT BE RETURNING HERE EVER AGAIN OH BY THE WAY THEY HAD A SIGN UP SAYING THE DRIVETHRU WAS CLOSE DINE IN ONLY!!!!! Didn’t receive a full order of the chili shrimp in my plate and I asked for half greens half rice and managed to give me all veggies I caught it before I drove off but when I got home realized I only had 4 shrimp in my plate (pictured..count it 4 shrimp!!!) called the manager I believe he said his name was Raul as I tried to explain my complaint I asked how many shrimp comes in the plate he said 7 I told him I paid an extra $1.25 for 4 shrimp but then he preceded to rush me off the phone said he was ‘busy’ too busy obviously to get my order right! then passed me off to another staff member…how unprofessional! He offered to replace my plate but was very rude about it! The absolute worst customer service ever!!! If your staff made the mistake apologize and try to make it right don’t make excuses and then get upset because you’re being called out on it…need to take a class on customer service and how to treat your customers with respect! Without customers you have no job…remember that! Wait til the one in Wylie opens maybe they will have better trained staff!

I asked them if they can make fresh orange chicken the person working told the “cook” to make fresh he said “tell her it’s fresh” and when I told them I’ll wait the 8 minutes for it the cook he had an attitude with me about it. And decide to do inventory and other things instead of cooking the food to make me wait longer, I don’t mind waiting but I think it’s very rude and disrespectful to treat your customers like that. Here’s a photo of the “cook” doing other things instead of cooking my food :)

We've been going here for years. We had every level of food quality and service. Some days the food is good and some days the food is just ok, while other days the food is really good. I can say the same for the customer service. Some days they are slow, other days medium and other days they are fast. The drive thru is the same, but the problem comes in when you are on a tight schedule and need to be some where by a certain time and they take 20 minutes or more at the drive thru. When that happens we have to leave. Just like most restaurants, there is always employee turnover so it takes a while to get the new people to work faster.

We've been going here for years. We had every level of food quality and service. Some days the food is good and some days the food is just ok, while other days the food is really good. I can say the same for the customer service. Some days they are slow, other days medium and other days they are fast.
