I really enjoyed my the visit prior to this latest visit (notice how I did not say recent because this recent visit had to be the worse customer service I had ever had). I ended up going here to try the promo for beyond chicken with the "buy 1 bowl, get one free" offer.
For some reason, the person who was working the drive-thru must have had a stressful time since it was 11:30AM or was just plain rude.
I was told that they needed to scan the paper coupon and not a coupon code, so I parked, made an online order for pickup instead (which was the same things I had ordered in the drive-thru, I told them to reserve it cause I am going to come back around to pick up the original order), this man asked me if i made an extra order ( which I didn't, it was for the original drive-thru order I had made) and then kept asking me if I had the coupon... I just PAID for my order ONLINE. I don't need to show you a paper coupon when I have already used the code online and paid.
Thankfully, one of nice older employees helped guide him to realizing that I had already paid for my order (the same original order when I initially wen through the drive-thru) and he finally gave me my food. I was really confused as to why the guy had to give me a hard time when the order is part of a promotional offer and I paid for my order and applied the coupon code to the online order myself. Read moreI really believe this is a bad representation of Panda Express in Murphy Texas. Yes you can go and get your food like any other Panda Express. The reason that I think is pretty serious with this location and the workers there is just plain laziness And lack of consideration. I have ordered Panda Express on Uber eats and at least five or six times. They'll never forget the fortune cookie but they will forget the soy sauce they'll never forget the fortune cookie but they will forget the soy sauce Which basically gives zero flavor to the rice or the chow mein. Here's what's even more upsetting. I have called multiple times and I mean multiple times over and over and over when they are still open. Just to make sure they put soy sauce in my bag and they will purposely ignore the phone. It's very disturbing, very upsetting. Very frustrating at every level and you're trying to eat your one meal of the day and have some dinner but because it's Uber eats or because it's late or 30 minutes before closed, they don't pick up the call. This is not the hood. This is Murphy Texas. Stop being entitled and take care of your customers. It's ridiculous. I don't appreciate it. So I politely gave the cashier 60 dollars cash he said do you have a 5 in change so I did have a 5 in my purse with the change. He closed the register without giving me my 20 dollars back after being torched and sitting there a whole hour. After the manager argued me down you gave him 40 dollars I explained to him I just left Wells Fargo getting a 100 dollars out the ATM so I knew exactly what I had. He went to the back of the store and looked at the video and LONG AND BEHOLD I COUNTED 3 20 dollars bills out to the cashier. My food was cold so long and afterwards I still had to tell them to give me my 3 lemonade Minute Maid drinks.
